I was wanting to use some of my mothers stones from her engagement ring in my wedding band. I found this company, and I am so happy I did! They were able to make me a unique wedding band personalized for me and she stones from my mothers ring. They were all very kind, helpful, and their work was stunning. I worked closely with Aisha and she is absolutely fantastic! I live in another state therefore everything had to be over emails, FaceTime, and the rings had to be mailed back and forth. They made the process very simple and were always there to assist me even if it could not be face to face. Amazing company with an amazing staff, and exquisite customized jewelry! I would highly recommends checking them out!!

Really love this store. It was my favorite place to buy jewelry when I lived in ABQ, and it's still my favorite. My only wish now living in a different state is that they had more of their inventory on their online store! When I emailed them looking for a specific item that I couldn't find online, they were super accommodating in emailing me and providing me with photos (and even a video) before I settled on an item. Customer service is always stellar, I adore them, and I will always stop by when I go to visit NM!

Even though I walked in filthy after a day of work in the dirt, the folks here welcomed me and treated me like they would anyone else (unlike other jewelry stores I visited before). We worked together to create a custom engagement ring for my wife using my grandmother's diamonds and they not only made a beautiful ring, but they made sure to work with me to make something in my budget. Everyone here is so genuine and kind and I can't imagine having gone anywhere else!

I love this shop and have purchased numerous items for birthday gifts and for myself as well. The staff is friendly and doesn’t work on commission, so you don’t feel pressured to buy anything. Everybody is friendly. The prices are fair and the pieces are unique. You can buy a pair of earrings for 15 bucks or splurge on something fancy if you want to. This is way better than any of the generic shops you’ll find at the mall. Shop local!

Ooh Ahh jewelry is an Albuquerque treasure. They have beautiful and unique pieces at all price points. If you are looking to complete your Christmas shopping in safe and attentive environment this is your place. I ordered my pieces and was able to pick them up safely.
