**This review is solely on the customer service** The store looks gorgeous and the clothes seems really nice but I don’t see myself going back. I’m a strong believer if you aren’t going to do something in good faith then why do it at all? I came by last Thursday with the intention to leave with something, I had seen a dress on the display that caught my attention and was hoping to find something cute for my birthday. It was sprinkling and when I asked about the parking in the front the woman working told me I’d probably get towed to read the signs so I’m like okay I’ll be back. I go looking for parking, finally find a spot and walk back by this time it’s probably 6 on the dot (business closes at 7) once I’m in the front I see the lights are off and I’m a bit caught off guard and she tells me she’s leaving since it was going to rain, a bit disappointed since I wanted to look around; at the end of the day my review could have ended here but she offered to open back up for me which had me excited to look around and leave with a piece or two. As soon as she opens the doors back up I can already feel she’s upset that I am there, she’s totally annoyed. I pick something out and I could totally feel the vibe of “when is she getting out of here?” She then proceeds to say “it’s really coming down “ referring to the rain (it was lightly sprinkling) I put the dress back, and just sigh* okay I should go. She’s like I’ll be back here tomorrow; which cool if I had the time to come back. I wish I would have felt more welcomed, it would have been better if she’d never opened the door back up for me then I wouldn’t have felt such an ugly vibe from her.

A fantastic store / gallery with a constantly rotating selection of unique art & jewelry from some of the Bay Area's *best* artists! An absolute necessity on your repeating 'to-do' list, for visitors amd locals alike. And the personal attention (if you want it) is top notch on the "friendly, no pressure" scale!

Onyx Boutique on Divis is one of the most awesome urban chic boutiques in SF. The clothes are totally SF wearable. And they carry great dresses for events as well. A lot of the brands are sustainable and organic, responsible accessories as well. They host artists also. It's a total go to for SF Style.

This is a great, local business for unique, beautiful and not-too-expensive women’s clothes! (Maybe they have men’s but I haven’t noticed it.) I first found them at one of the Divis art walks. I love supporting small businesses like this one!

Cute store with lots of interesting clothing and jewelry. They have both men's and women's clothing but more women's stuff. Love that they carry local, independent lines like Sarah Liller, Make it Good, Curator.

Amazing place, Fantastic experience! Is a lovely constituent to the unique underground & 'upperground' post punk, romantic goth, wave, etc. genres! Looking forward to another shopping visit soon! :)

So sad they are closing the SF location! Was my go to for cute modern new clothes from interesting designers. Will have to stop by their Santa Cruz store when I'm down that way. Will miss you guys!

Amazing selection of clothes from local and ethical companies. Many of the clothes have a simplistic but unique twist. The owner is extremely helpful and friendly and their cat is so cute!

One of a kind boutique in one of San Francisco’s special neighbourhoods. A wide selection of unique quality fashion and original artisan jewelry. Definitely will be back!

They've got a whole wall of fly men's clothes, too. Prices range from $80-150 for button ups with some less expensive t-shirts.
