I’m not sure of the young man’s name who worked around 7:00pm-8:30pm on 3/23/2022. I’ve come here for 2 years and I’ve never required assistance before. Last night I asked him for assistance with transferring the balances from my accumulated laundry cards to one card to use during this visit as I am moving from the area. His employee card is required to transfer the balances. He replied by saying he could help me with one card but he would not complete the other transactions because he did not want to stand there. Every time I visit he stays in the laundry office and watches movies or plays games on his phone. While assisting me with this task, he was grunting and breathing heavily. It seemed that he wanted me to understand that he was being inconvenienced. Afterwards, he went back into office to continue playing on his phone and listening to his music on his loud speaker.

Interesting how the exact same amount of clothes washed at another place costs 10$ flat including dry but the experience here came up to 18$ and one load isn't even dry taking up another 30 minutes and no staff to assist. Think it's best to take the drive to Corner Washateria next time for me if anything that's $2.99 extra for the gas and I could grab a sandwich and not waste my time on "one spin" since this dryer is obviously taking two spins. Will not use again best of luck ripping these people off

My honest opinion the only thing I can say about them is their opinion. If you need assistance good luck! I was here around 7:15a went to the window… no one came. As for using the card with the machines…very sensitive and time consuming. You can load your card with cash which takes a dollar fee. But as for me coming back it will only be because I stay around the corner. Been to better Laundromat/Washerteria places that actually have tvs on at all time and better amenities to accommodate customers.

I really like this laundry facility! It's always clean, the attendant is very helpful, and the laundry card system is very convenient! All prices are clearly stated. You can load your laundry card with cash or your debit card . Also they sell reusable, and durable laundry sacks for less than $10 a piece. They are large and can hold over 5 loads of clothes. I highly recommend this facility! Heads up: They do not sell laundry detergent.

Don't do it unless your going all the time! They steal money by using a card system. I wanted a one time wash of a heavy blanket. I put the correct amount of money on the card. When I went to use it for the dryer it said there wasn't enough money & wanted $5.00 for a $1.50 dry. Theft!! I'll never go there again. Took my blanket to a regular cash laundromat to dry.

The gentleman who runs the laundry mat is always very friendly and helpful. He ALWAYS has a smile on his face & is therecwith a friendlyhello how are you!. I went to a laundry mat on Dairy Ashford & Westheimer and the service there was horrible. No friendly staff but at One Spin the service is always good! Highly recommend it.

Very clean & large place but the prices are more expensive than other laundromats, that I have been to. Also you will have to spend $1 for a laundry card, it is NOT credit, meaning the $1 cannot be used for washer/dryer, it’s just for the card itself.

I went to this laundromat and left without using it. The washing machines are expensive and only work on a token system which is in itself a rip off. Right place. First: I'm not your buddy. Second: call it a token, call it a card. It's a rip off.

Its a good place to wash very clean the only thing I don't like is that if you don't watch your clothes carefully people will take your clothes out of the washer or dryer if they can't find one not in use

Great place to do your laundry if cannot afford to buy a washing machine..lol..staffs are friendly, laundry area is always clean.brand new machines, and everything functions the way it should...

Pretty secure and clean facility. My only issue is that they NEVER answer the phone. Id like to utilize the dropoff services, but so far i havent been able to speak with a soul.

Clean,close by,& great owners. Variety of washer sizes. Load on card with cash or credit/debit. Do wish it was baby friendly ( such as changing table in bathroom.)

Good place to do lunadry and it's close by the house very clean, the employees are super nice. Just a little pricy which is understandable for the newer machines.

This place is trash...the service is horrible and the worker knows nothing...machines will mess up and they will NOT replace the wash...

Love it but they could offer detergent for sale at a cheaper price(they don’t sale any) and they should lower prices on dryers

I usually go there every two weeks to do laundry the place is very clean the staff is very respectful and very helpful

The place is clean and the machines are really fast. They use cards instead of quarters which is much easier for me.
