Thanks to Jeremi and the team at Omega for going above and beyond on my pride of joy . I was initially booked in for replacement of Water Pump and front brake pads and rotors - at short notice. Jeremi kindly offered to attend to my car on Saturday (after hours) Promptly identified and rectified a number of additional issues with my braking system, and went to teh extra measure of servicing underbody grease points whilst the car was on the hoist. My car drives like new now and I couldn't be happier! Highly Recommended.

Brought in my car (E Class Mercedes diesel W212) due to fuel system issues which included digging into the engine as everything is under the inlet manifold and EGR, and the team at Omega were fantastic. The team made room for my vehicle to be towed in next day after breakdown and attended to the repairs promptly. Discussed issues, alternatives and communicated clearly on what was a complex repair. Jeremi and the team are very knowledgeable in European cars and from experience definitely Mercedes! Thanks Team!

Within an hour of getting my car, (which I had no appointmemnt for) The team at Omega put time in to diagnosed the problem, Dave called me up to explain the situation and gave me good advice. Lisa was very quick to respond to my emails, friendly and helpful with my questions on the phone. all done with NO CHARGE! You can't beat that for honesty and good customer service. I have had work done at Omega before also with high standard service I will be recommending Omega to everyone.

Jeremi has been so accommodating and gone above and beyond. He has squeezed me in at short notice when it's been urgent, accommodated the fact I needed to get car back in time for school pick up, taken the time to call and discuss the issue and options, kept the car for a day and half to investigate a problem and didn't charge me anything - despite the hours of research and testing he'd put in. He even leant me his portable jump starter just as a back up should the issue return.

I recently had the pleasure of engaging Omega Automotive in Upwey. They took my case even though they had a full schedule and were honest about what they could or could not fix that day, offering me a further quote on parts and labour. They offered to drive me home once I'd dropped off the car, and they even washed the car for me when it was ready! Very impressed with the service :)

Had my 4wd with the team at Omega today. What a bunch! I had a noise that other places couldn’t fix and they got it first go and it was even cheaper than what they quoted. I only had until today to get my brakes done for a rwc and even though they were booked out for two weeks they came in on Saturday (their day off) and fixed the issue. We visited this mechanic as they were close by when our wheel began to come loose and we didn’t have the appropriate tools to tighten it.
