Cheats!!! I got a flat through this agency, but the owner cancelled the agreement due to the COVID lockdown even though I was ready to move. The flat owner was nice enough to refund all our deposit and first month's rent. But these brokers are refusing to refund my brokerage amount even though they did not complete their service till possession. Please be careful before paying this agency their commission until you get complete possession and shift to your new home.
