We recently lost our ba, we selected Om Funeral care ltd for our funeral care requirements, Kalpeshbhai was incredible he took care of everything to ensure that ba had the most beautiful send off. Kalpeshbhai ensured even the smallest of details was taken care and accommodated every one of our wishes too. He made himself available 7 days a week and was always very professional, humble and I could highly recommend them for anyone who is also going through similar situations. Kalpesh had organised my mother funeral on the 16th May 2020. The service provided was perfect and everything mentioned to the funeral director was performed correctly. Kalpesh helped organise my dad's funeral, was always available, approachable and very helpful and calm on the day of the funeral also. Everything went smoothly and he was able to sort at all our requests including horse and carriage, bringing dad home on the day of the funeral very early etc, was accommodating to our specific cultural requests including having the Pooja/last religious rites before the funeral part, no request was too much. My mother sadly passed away. I was given Kalpesh's number from a relative. As we were based locally Kalpesh personally visited our home to arrange everything. From initial contact all the way through he kept us informed. Kalpesh managed to get the funeral day within 3 days exactly on the day, date, time and crematorium we required.
