DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! The first thing I asked was… do you have pizza already made that I can purchase by the slice? The man says yes so I proceed to order and pay. Side note: the credit card machine forces you to tip. He told me to wait 5 minutes which was fine because I had an appointment across the street and being 2 or 3 minutes late is okay. After 10 minutes someone else walks in to pick up an order. He hands it to them and tells me it will be an additional few minutes. By this point, I’m irritated and I just tell him that I’ll have to come back because I’m already late to my appointment across the street. He doesn’t apologize, try to get me to stay or even offer to walk it across the street. He just let me leave. About an hour later, I come back and you would think he’d have my pizza waiting on the counter but nope. I waited ANOTHER 10 minutes while he took a phone order. All the while, my pizza was sitting right next to him. He could have easily handed it to while he talked me but I guess multi tasking isn’t his thing. Needless to say, I won’t be returning due to the wait time, lack of customer service and being forced to leave a tip for someone who clearly didn’t work for it. Also, it smelled like weed in there and he was definitely high. I don’t know anyone who moves or talks as slow as he did.

Been to this place twice. Food was good and had no issues. My third time I decided to order again and as I was ordering and about to complete my purchase the system gave me an error. So I was like OK ill try it again, and I attempted to purchase again and gave me a message saying unable to complete so I decided on something else. I wake up the next morning check my account and I'm charged twice for a pizza that didn't go through. So I called the store and the lady had kind of an attitude and she was like she didn't have my any record on file that I made the purchase. I was like how can that be when I'm looking at both charges on my account. She said she couldn't help me and that I'm on my own. She didn't try to compensate for their system error or anything and just basically said youre on your own and it has nothing to do with us. Based on that I won't be coming back to this place for fear if something like that happens again, they won't claim responsibility for their malfunctioning system and take your money. Keep in mind this is was my third time ordering with you guys, so my information is correct. Funny how they seem to know what happened now, and when I called they had no clue.

I order here a lot - the food at times can be fantastic - other times it can be really - unremarkable. This time however, Watch Out - they steal from you!!! I order here a lot - 100% of the time I select 'delivery' - including this time. and I clicked on the suggested tip of $12.50 - because it was delivery. Then I noticed by text said, it'll be ready for pickup at 6:35. This has happened to me before. I had to call three times before I got through, it was answered by Maddy. She tells me that clearly I'm wrong, i must have screwed up and selected pick up. She says it'll be three dollars to change to delivery - even though I've paid them $12.50 in a tip just to make the pizza - which is what they do anyway. And I can't have my tip refunded. Then she says the manager isn't there - she is completely unaware of the schedule and has no way of knowing when the manager will be there. She says, "please feel free to call back anytime to speak to a manager - but has no idea when one will be there." Who in the world tips for counter service??? They can charge me more for delivery, when I've already been mischarged for a tip

I had really wanted to try his place for a while, so I went in with high expectations. The pizza was ok. The customer service however was horrible. I told the cashier that I had been charged 3 times for my order, and showed her on my phone. I asked to talk to a manager, he never came and spoke to me, I was told the charges would be refunded automatically over night. I went 2 days later and asked again to speak to the manager, he did not come out despite being there, I was told wait a few more days now 3-5 business days. I waited 35 minutes in a empty store, listening to them argue in the back,to be told to leave. I came back a week later, my bank told me this is an issue that must be resolved here, I asked again for the manager who again did not come out, I was finally issued a refund, I said this looks like I was only refunded once and they said no, it's for all 3 times, it however was not. I still haven't been able to speak to management over almost 2 weeks later, and I still haven't received the refund!

Stopped in for a prosciutto pickup I called in after having a few drinks at a nearby bar. They gave a fairly accurate estimate as they said pizzas ready in 20mins, took me about 20mins to get there anyways, I walked in and 2 mins later the pizza came. Parking in the area definitely isn't great, if you can't parallel park then the area isn't for you as its all street parking or at least from what I saw. Not really an eating area inside aside from like a 4-6 person counter space for a quick bite but definitely is primarily a carry out joint. Pizza itself was solid, decided to try something a bit different and could barely taste the prosciutto which was supposed to be the star of the show but you can tell the pizza is handmade from scratch and fairly fresh ingredients are used. Pizza was generously sized and between 2 guys, we couldn't finish a 16" on our own. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking to try some local small business pizza takeout.

Don't believe the Lies of the "Karens"! Late Night hours, amazing! Patience and understanding from a staff that hear and have to shovel sh*t all night... working in the restaurant industry... I hate, more than anything... when customers refuse to own their mistakes, and blame a small business and employees. But will let McDonald's mess their order up... and still patronize trash corporations. Uber Eats messed up and almost cost their company their sales... I was unaware of this until I tried to place an order the next night... to which, Old Hags (Rightfully so) canceled my order to not jeopardize theft. As an adult, I called the restaurant to figure out what happened... no ego, no excuses. After they explained what happened, I as a business owner would have done the exact same thing! No aggression, no arrogance, No Arguing... and what do you know... we hashed it out, we worked out an understanding... and to be honest... one of my new favorite business relationships!

These people are thieves. We called in an order for delivery and the lady took my card info & order and said it would be delivered in 45 minutes. an hour goes by, and I call to check the status & The lady tells me they use a 3rd party for deliveries, and no one has come to pick up the pizza. So, I said Well you charged my card and didn't deliver on the service or product. so, you need to cancel that charge on my credit card, the lady knowingly and willing COMMITED FRAUD. She knew she didn't deliver the pizza, but she charged me anyway. I have reported the incident to the authorities and the card has been replaced the money will be refunded. I have asked the authorities to press charges to fullest extent allowed. if they did it to me, they have probably been doing it to several people & getting away with it, well not this time, you pick the wrong Person to scam, this ends with me! Stay away from this place. low life's & Crooks.

Read the mix reviews on this place and we tried it anyways and I must say it's very tasty pizza. I ordered the personal New York village and my wife ordered the personal cheese and basil, we also ordered wings and mozzarella sticks and the big italian grinder. Not sure if they are made fresh but the mozzarella sticks were pretty good, cooked just right to allow the cheese to melt amd pull apart with a big stretch of cheese like in the commercials. We asked for the wings well done and they were cooked perfectly they weren't dry and they had a good crisp to them. The pizzas both had light sauce, were thin but still had plenty of toppings. I was disappointed with the sandwich though. It was very dry with no mayo, mustard, or special sauce. The bread was extremely dry and the bread didnt seem fresh at all. We will definitely go back for the pizza, wings and mozzarella sticks

Absolutely terrible business and the owner decides to start getting into an argument with me in public when the whole fault was on their side?! Not only is the staff taught to be rude and disrespectful, but the owner himself doesn’t even care to make it right for my family. I gave this place another chance even though I’ve seen so many bad reviews from locals. The quality of the product is hit or miss (If you decide to order, Hope you order on a good day!), and the staff up to the owner is combative, rude, and quick to shift blame to anyone but themselves. Not at all how a business should be run and a TERRIBLE representation of oak cliff and all the great business in our area that actually have standards when it comes to customer service and being a part of our community.

This was our first and most likely last experience with this particular pizza place. We arrived to place an order, no one came out for 10 minutes. By then we had already just started an online order. They told us it would be ready for pick up at 9:19 pm according to the message we received from them. We went back to the store a little after 9:20. The cashier told us it would be about 6 more minutes. No big deal. However, we waited nearly an additional 30 minutes inside the store with zero updates on the status of our order. We finally just left and told them to refund us. Had they told us there were problems or they were backed up, we would have understood. No big deal, things happen. However, the complete lack of communication just rubbed me the wrong way.

My wife and I both got their Fettucine Formaggio. There was not only an ungodly amount of cheese layered on top, it was sickening. We both thought it would be a modest layer of cheese but there was 100% more cheese than pasta. What pasta there was, the alfredo sauce in it tasted more like Kraft white cheddar sauce. The meatballs were dry and the meat was low quality. The noodles were also very thin for being fettucine. I would’ve taken this back immediately if we lived in town. I’ll eat anything and I couldn’t finish it, we even tried baking it to crispen the cheese on top. The worst fettucine I’ve had in my life, hands down. Great service though.

100% AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! Wow blown away. Ordered at 1:21 a.m. Got quoted 45mins to an hour for delivery time. After an hour and 20 mins I called to get an update. The guy I talked to was rude and unapologetic. I offered to come pick it to because they said drivers were hard to find. They assured me it would be on the way soon. Waited another hour and received a cancelation text message. Wish i could give y'all -10 stars. I even pre tipped the delivery driver 18%! Totally Ridiculous. Terrible way to run abusiness. I am so happy with my experience! It's hard to find good dairy-free options, and this place was especially careful and kind about my allergy. The pizza slices were DELICIOUS and tasted like real cheese (it fooled my sister-in-law)! The crust and style is not like authentic NYC pizza by the slice (nothing is in my opinion), but it’s great! The chicken topping has a fresh taste. The deep dish is amazing, I had it before I discovered my allergy. I would recommend getting the deep dish. Overall, great people and great food!

This pizza place is a must have if you are anywhere in the vicinity of Dallas. It is open twenty four hours a day, staffed by with friendly employees, and most importantly, has delicious food. Their pizzas are gigantic and mouthwatering good. They have all different style crusts, made to order. Their menu is detailed, which I always appreciate, and honestly the mushrooms on the pizza was absolutely the best I've ever had. I order two larges and honestly it could have fed ten people easily. The sauce was tasty, the crust was extremely fresh, while thick, not too heavy. The perfect ratio of cheese to toppings to sauce to crust. I look forward to my next trip to Dallas!

Is ok but I won't order again, why because the person that delivers the food didn't call after the food is dropped off and lies about calling when they didn't call any one. And because the food was out side for 30 min something got into the pizza. And we called to ask if are food was delivered they said it was out side on a bench. And I gave you 3 stars because no one deserves 1 star to ruin a small business. Definitely in this time. yes the pizza was thrown out in the trash because something made a hole and ate one side. But every thing else was good the pasta was good and the meatballs sub was delicious. Also this happened a couple of weeks ago.

Great place to get food if you work overnight or just leaving the bar/clubs. You have to order the food to go, because there is nowhere to sit to dine in. They offer a variety from pasta dishes, pizza, salad, hot wings, etc. They used to be open 24 hours, but now they close early at 4AM. If your up or out late in the Dallas area and don't want to eat the usual breakfast food, stop here!

Really disappointed. My friend ordered us pizza from here and i used to eat here a lot because of the late deliveries at 3am. I was usually ok with whatever was missing because they replaced it one time but now they don’t answer to their mistakes. They got the wings wrong, or under cooked them, and it’s so overpriced. The food would’ve tasted better had the order been correct. Fix your system. Get staff who cares!! You guys are sinking. I had been recommending this place for years only to have a friend order and be disappointed with missing items or incorrect flavor wings and a sorry looking salad. GOOD RIDDANCE.

Was recommended by the hotel we were staying at. For delivery- we had to order $25,00; so, ordered a large pizza - with delivery fees - $35.00. You’d think an independently owned joint would be good, vs Domino’s, Papa Johns, etc.. they’re horrible. Well - they just got better. This pizza was not fully cooked; cheese was a partly melted glob and the crust - almost completely raw. We all took one bite and threw it out. Don’t waste your money unless you tell them to make sure it’s cooked. Then.. I’d still steer clear.

The pizza and wings here are to die for! We got the 16 inch New York Style crust Porky the Hag. This is a super rich pork pizza, with Canadian bacon, bacon, pepperoni, extra cheese and spicy pizza sauce. It was delicious! I loved the spicy sauce and the crust. Next time I might get something with veggies AND meat but like i said it was super tasty. We also got some lemon pepper boneless wings. They were also super delicious! You can tell how much I loved all of the food because I couldn’t take pictures of anything until it was all half gone! Oh and they are open 24 hours a day! Wow!

Worst garbage I ever tasted. They called it a New York pizza or something. It was just a plain cheese thin crust cheap 2 slices. The only good thing to eat there was the chocolate cake and bottled diet Pepsi. The service was worse. No slice to compensate for the debacle. I ordered a deep dish to compensate, the clerk tried to sell me a whole pan instead of the two slices I ordered. When I canceled the order he kept my 26¢ to boot, with an attitude. There is one pizza place that I used to visit often when I lived in Columbus, Ohio... Even after 35 years I still miss Massey's Pizza....that is until I came across Old Hag's Pizza. It was the most flavourful pizza that I have had in years. I have looked high and low to find Massey's equal and I believe that I have found it. I recently visited this location with my mom sister and nephew and ordered several slices of pizza and received the most inedible pizza that I have ever ordered before. Literally worst, most sloppy pizza ever. The pizza was extremely burnt & over cooked. We drove all the way from Lancaster & waited for 25 minutes for what we thought was going to be 7 fresh slices of pizza, only to get burnt, terribly put together pizza. All 7 slices were burnt. The “hamburger” was crumbling at each touch literally crumbled! Like what is this???!

Fresh flavor of the Cajun pasta dish was overshadowed by a sloppy pool of oil. I really wanted to love this dish. The shrimp is good quality (not briney); the mushrooms, bell peppers, and red onions popped with genuine flavors. But that flood of red-colored oil sloshing in and around the penne noodles just ruined it. Can you make it less oily?

Good lord I can’t describe how horrible the experience was. Why be open so late if you’re going to screw up everyone’s orders? The employees not only got our orders wrong but it took an hour to get our pizza. THEN the employees said my friend never placed an order so we had to wait an extra hour, even when we got our order the pizza was rubbery and I might as well have been eating cardboard with cheese and sauce. I wish I could give this half a star…Worst experience ever, Domino’s would have never.

Tried this place yesterday evening, ordered a mulberry, an extreme Hawaiian, a pie with alfredo sauce, chicken, garlic, spinach, and an order of garlic cheese bread. I'll give it a 5 star. This is because if you are burning the candle at both ends it does the trick! Service is pretty good late night but if you are eating in make sure to know that you will probably sit with a fellow lush at either the 4 top booth or the 2 top booth. which works for me because I'm about the late food life. Slices are available. Tonight I'm getting lasagna and over baked wings. I'm sure I'll be happy.

I mean...good pizza is hard to find. But a diamond in the rough was found. Old Hag's was recommended after leaving a nightclub... Yaaaasssssss lordt! Ouuuuuuu this is going to be a regular stop for me. I think I attract good food or it just everything BIG in Texas? Like my stomach. Try it for yourself. Except my Mom said pepperoni was to salty and greasy. Idk, I'm vegetarian.

I called to place a large order for a conference and Maddie, one of the workers that answered the phone, was extremely rude. Edit: fully refunded my order without even asking, this company cares and my 1 star is now a 4 star, excellent customer service! The pizza is just unapologetically burned, I realize that I was a GrubHub order and that I'm from out of town and this might not be how the place normally is, but this was a bad experience and I would not recommend it to anyone staying in Dallas.

Cheese Pizza

The kids and I always get pepperoni pizza and the chicken Alfredo and it's always enough to feed up to four mouths. Worth it and doesn't have the same generic taste chains would have. Worth giving it a shot. The staff is always kind.

I canceled my order tonight. The lady upfront said it would be 5min but it was an 1 1/2 and still no food. I asked to cancel my order and went across the street to Jack N box. The lady was also rude and rolled her eyes when I kept asking about my order. No customer service whatsoever. Will not return! The only thing good was the parking.

I just left. I had ordered the special with a side or Mozzarella sticks. It didn't make it, I had ordered online. Maybe the right checks were made. But the guy that handed me the pizza was a jerk. Not interested at all. Didn't care one bit. And I tend to tip well. Spend your money local with people with a little better attitude.

If you crave Pizza after 12:00am then this os your place. Very good pizza, open till 4am. Pick up or delivery... Good cauliflower crust

Triple Pepperoni Pizza

Every time I order from here, it's better than the last. The staff is just so friendly, and just feels like part of the community. I sincerely hope they get all the success they aim for.

New York Calzone

First time and it definitely won't be the last. Already knew it would be pricey 24 hrs downtown area that was expected but well worth it! Calzone was stuffed full cooked perfectly spicy meat sauce fresh mozzarella. Fresh veggies and ricotta cheese on my 9"thin parmsean garlic crust. The crew was awesome too!

Customer service was good, pizza was alright lol nothing too crazy! But would def go back again and try other stuff

I’m sure the pizza is fabulous, but I can go elsewhere to be ignored. Pro tip: Maybe just acknowledge your customers. Edit: Thanks for the reply. I was probably more impatient than anything. Also…One of my band mates got a pie from there. I had a slice. It’s really really good.

I ordered Eggplant Pasta dish on Spaghetti. It was Wonderful - right amount of sauce and cheese. I also had a House Salad w ground beef crumbles with Bleu Cheese dressing. Both were delicious. I will order again.

Called to place a order lady was very rude on the phone. Don't yet have to pay with the credit card. I asked her if I could even come up there and pay cash and her since she said no with the very rude attitude and unloved the phone.

Life savers, came in from out of town last minute to a show and needed vegan late at night bc we hadn't eaten prior. The pizza was so good!!!!!! Matt was awesome and so were the cooks thank you for a great experience in Dallas!

We order from this spot often. It’s not the BEST pizza you’ve ever had, but it is tasty. The other dishes on the menu are also great and they’re huuuuge. We easily share salads and pasta dishes. Not sure I understand the bad reviews on here

Exactly what you should expect for 24/7 cheap late night food. Inside was super sketchy and service was alright. Definitely a place to order for delivery so you don't actually have to go there.

If you need a cauliflower crust and any time of the day...this hits the spot. Fresh and delicious salad. Excellent quality toppings. BIG fans. The appetizer sampler is awesome. Worth it.
