I found Home Leisure online when I was searching for a pool cue stand. I dropped by to look at them and found one I liked. I also noticed some nice patio stuff that I was going to take my husband back to look at (which I won't now). I asked the price of the pool cue stand since there was no sign. The gentleman looked it up on his computer and told me it was $149. I told him that I liked it but was just starting to look so I would keep it in mind. That evening I looked online and found the exact same one for the exact same price on Amazon. I decided to go back and purchase from Oakville Home Leisure. When I showed up the next day, I was greeted with a 'Welcome back' from the same gentleman. I said I decided to take the pool cue holder and he immediately went to the back and brought it to the checkout counter. He then said 'That will be $258.77'. When I questioned the price, he said it was $229 + tax. I told him he quoted me $149 the day before. He looked in his computer and said that price is for the corner stand. But he knew which one he quoted me because he went and collected it without me telling which one. I told him that I can get the same stand for $149 from Amazon. He proceeded to tear a strip off me telling me that he is just a little guy that has overhead and other costs and that he can't compete with Amazon! I was very offended because I never asked him to compete with Amazon, I only requested that he honour the price he quoted me. He's the one killing his business, not Amazon.

We purchased a fire bowl from Oakville leisure almost 20 years ago and after using it a lot in the summer nights, we decided we needed a new one. We went back to Oakville leisure as the customer service is always good. We did purchase as new beautiful fire bowl, in august of last year The glass beaded fire bowl was amazing . However in early April of this year, the fire kept going out. We thought it was the wind so we went back to Oakville leisure and purchased a glass surround for the unit. However even with the glass surround, the fire kept going out. We talked to Jay and he was so cooperative and came out a few days later and replaced the insert at no charge, gave us more glass beads AND PAID for our gas guy to come back and reconnect the unit as it needed a smaller valve. They provide FANTABULOUS customer service and Jay went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you

We bought a GORGEOUS/ EXTREMELY WELL-MADE patio table that came with equally well-made chairs. The EXQUISIT patio set that we chose includes a BEAUTIFUL / STURDY crank handle umbrella. The comfortable chairs include quality/lovely cushions. We bought our patio furniture in 2014 and we keep it outdoors all year round. And, guess what!!! In 2022, our patio furniture STILL LOOKS AMAZING!! It's a highly functional / attractive statement piece on our deck. Oakville Home Leisure get's my highest review. There's plenty of patio furniture stores in the GTA and then there's Oakville Home Leisure. Their staff and quality/selection of furniture in the show room are top notch! Jeremy was excellent from the get go and made sure not to tell us what we wanted to hear but told us what we needed to hear from years of experience. Greg (owner) was very friendly and personable and made us feel like one of their own. I'm very confident our purchase will last for quite some time, but in the event that we need new or additional furniture...Oakville Home Leisure would be the first and last place I would think of! I visited this store today with a client of mine who hired me to help furnish her backyard. We were assisted by JJ who gave us his undivided attention for 1.5 hours. He was professional, extremely helpful and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality and quantity of furniture and furnishings in the showroom. We were able to find everything we were looking for and even all of the finishing touches such as outdoor tableware and potted urns. I would recommend them to any decorator, designer or anyone who is looking for top notch service, a wide array of great quality merchandise and great prices!

Very good and responsive customer service (I live in SK so all my interactions were via email). I ordered some hot tub chemicals - their prices were the best I could find online (including shipping). Unfortunately they ran out of stock of one item, but they emailed me to inform me that they substituted with a larger (similar) one at no additional cost. When I opened the box, I noticed the lid of one of the bottles popped open, not completely off, during shipping and spilled about 20% of the powder - I sent them a photo and they are shipping me another one free of charge.

Can't get in touch with anyone. I have called, left messages, and emailed for the status of my hot tub chemical supplies I have ordered and paid for on May 4 and still no answer. This is the first negative review I have ever written and feel this may be only way to get some type of attention/update to my order. I know they must be busy but i would expect some courtesy to return my calls or emails for the status of the order for 2 bottles of chemicals, which should not be too hard. I would go somewhere else to buy them, but I already paid for it here.

I feel like at this point we’ve dealt with everyone at Oakville Home & Leisure - Greg and his colleagues helped us at first with the fire pit and teak dining set (which we LOVE)...and then Jeremy and his colleagues helped us with our pool table and ping pong attachment - everyone was an absolute pleasure to deal with and they were transparent about wait times with covid and delivery times etc. We would not hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends - great prices, great service and quality products! I ordered an outdoor table online (matching my existing outdoor furniture) and was quickly notified by Oakville Home Leisure that my order could take 6 weeks to be shipped from their supplier, in case I wanted to cancel my order due to the long wait time. The supplier was unable to ship my order on time, but I was willing to wait since I know suppliers are having material shortages and Oakville Home Leisure is very friendly and easy to reach for order status updates. Definitely recommend.

Rude, condescending, patriarchal management style. I went into this place 3 different times, trying to spend money. Each time a different employee (likely all from the same family) spoke so disrespectfully to me, I turned around and left. It took a lot more time and research to find similar (better) products elsewhere but I did and with MUCH better customer service. Bypass this place and go down the street to Live in Style, you'll be glad you did.

Purchased a ping pong table from Oakville Home Leisure. Had an issue during the assembly with one of the pieces, which could have easily have been blamed on me, but they still went back to the manufacturer to get me a replacement part. As the part was a large piece, they even went the extra mile to deliver it without any extra charge. Outstanding customer service, would absolutely shop here again in the future.

I gave this store a one star but that was super generous. We gave this store nearly $2,000 for a fire table on Feb 28th. Well here it is July 9th and we have nothing. And what is worse these people never call you back, never have said sorry there is a delay. Never said we are doing our best to help. Just rude and inconsiderate. so disappointing. be very nervous when giving them money.
