I really like Oz Design Furniture. Their showrooms at Marion and Gepps Cross are richly furnished and can give you some great ideas for your new look decor. I find their online store is not that great at all and it's best to pop into a store to see them in person. Prices are relatively expensive though and you can shop around for the same or similar items cheaper online. Before you buy/order, check their returns, refunds, or exchange policy. I've noticed a lot of large furniture retailers like HN, Freedom, etc really tightening up with their policies to a point where it's too nerve-racking to order a product in case it doesn't fit or go. Recommended

I have been in 3 times now looking at the same piece of furniture and each time there have been the same 3 staff members and not once have they acknowledged myself or my daughter. We have stood at one particular dining suite for at least 10 minutes at a time in full view of the staff yet they just talk to one another and cannot even say hello. Unprofessional to the next level. I come from a management sales level and if they were my staff I would be extremely unimpressed to say the least. FYI my daughter will be spending over $6000 but we will drive to Gepps Cross for better service

OZ furniture is a hidden gem! It doesn't look like much from the outside but the shop is deceptively large and contains some truly stunning furniture. There is even a room of scratch and dent goods out the back which seemed reasonably priced. Props also to the salesmen who provided a warm welcome but left me to shop at my own pace.

We were there today, whole shop of furniture, 3 staff members around the checkout, and not one staff member acknowledged us, nor came over to see what furniture you was interested in. How Shocking to treat people like that. Will not be returning to this shop.

Alyx and Elyce were very friendly and knowledgeable. They made the entire experience so easy and relaxed for my hubby and I who don't make big purchases often. We are in love with our new table and will be returning for more furniture soon. :)

I went to the Marion store for a look. Elyce was really helpful. I returned the next day to purchase and Elyce and Thomas were a good team to get my purchase sorted. Good advice and I experienced being helped and not pressured.

I found shopping with my elderly aunt a pleasure at Oz Design. Staff were patient very helpful and went out of their way to find us the best price. Quality furniture at reasonable prices with great service. Very impressed.

Have shopped at OZ designs a number of times. Each time we get gr8 service and pricing. The staff are friendly and helpful and Alyx did us a great deal and remembered us from our visits prior. Recommend.
