Do yourself a favour and read all the other negative reviews too - I wish I did. This is not a once off. Shop staff were friendly - good points end there. Their delivery contractor caused about $2k worth of damage to our house due to negligence, and then suddenly nobody wanted to hear from us. Customer support constantly makes empty promises and avoids contact. It literally got to the stage where I'd email with no response, then call after a month only to have their colleagues say I'm exclusively to deal with Jennifer who is somehow always too busy to take a call (we're talking around 10 attempts) and the colleagues outright refused even to take a message from me. Last time I called them trying to explain my situation and receiving no email replies, the support lady straight up hung up on me. I had even said I'd be happy to wait on the line until Jennifer was available. I had never once raised my voice, been rude or uncooperative during any contact attempts - I just took it on faith that if I was persistent, they'd finally do the right thing. For anyone wondering, the end result is they did nothing to make this right. The manager of the customer support team also refuses to make contact after multiple emails and attempts to call. Stay well clear of this company - if you have any issues, you'll get continuously handballed around by faceless employees until you give up. Our ordeal went on for basically a whole year. Some of the least respectable people I've ever dealt with in my life.

Jason is very unprofessional and speaks to a customer as if he is doing you a favour even when you paid for the product. Unfortunately I love oz designs and the other staff are helpful. It's a shame when just one person can ruin it for you. Jason sent me a damaged order knowing it was damaged and didn't have the courtesy to let me know and still sent it. Am not happy with the stuck up righteous attitude that he feels he was doing me the customer a favour. All he wanted to do was speak over me and justify sending a damaged recliner . What happened to old fashion customer servicemy day was great till I got his smug attitude. They were fully aware when I bought this item that I have bad arthritis and can't undo packaging. Yet here I am figuring how to unwrap a damaged chair without cutting into it as I have no strength in my hands. Unbelievable. So so Disappointed ozdesign by a staff members unprofessional service by not calling me and letting me make my own decisions. After all I am the customer. As I really love your furniture if your reading this I do recommend Oz designs at Gepps Cross for those incredible one of pieces and beautiful styles you will understand once you go in. MASTERPIECES EVERYWHERE

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! Very appalling customer and delivery service. From the reviews it seems like a common occurance. Nice furniture with a very pricey tag but service is just horrendous. Delayed delivery for over a month when we were promised it would only take two weeks. When furniture was delivered, the screws did not come with it and could not be assembled even though I have paid for the assembly service to be included as well. When contacted their customer service my case was shove off to a different person one after the other with absolutely no communication or actions taken obviously trying to palm off the responsibility. If you buy anything from them just expect not to receive what you paid for and they'll leave u hanging.

Returned a faulty lamp with no problem. Returned to the Store to buy another one and was served by an older lady who asked us if we had returned one previously and we said yes. She then insisted several times if we were fully happy with the lamp we liked before we purchased it as we were not allowed to return it implying that it was our fault that the other lamp was damaged. She was very rude and humiliated us. We have previously bought another lamp which was fine and a vase, and various ferns but will definately not be going back. She needs to improve her customer skills.

I won’t be buying from here again. It’s unfortunate because their furniture is lovely but the customer service is very poor. I had a table arrived damaged in December last year. Ten months later the replacement still hadn’t arrived and I had to keep chasing them up as the deadlines they gave kept going past and I’d hear nothing. I finally just asked for a partial refund and that took about 6 weeks to happen and I had to keep continually following up too. They don’t deliver on their promises and the communication is appalling.

DONNA is a STAR! Oz Design - Amazing choice of beautiful furniture pieces. Donna's customer service is beyond exceptional! She was so patient working with me over 2 days moving furniture in store to help me select the perfect dining room table, bench & chairs! I have now received (delayed due to COVID however Donna made me aware of this pre purchase) Products purchased were of high quality, comfy and look great in my home. I cant wait to go back to choose some other beautiful pieces. THANK-YOU DONNA!

Just walked into the shop 2 months ago and was impressed with the way they style the store, lovely rooms, easy to walk through and got lots of great ideas. High-quality furniture, a variety of Aussie made to choose from. The Store Manager and her staff were so helpful, knowledgeable, assisted us through a collection of our sofas. Always updates my order. 10 weeks wait for Aussie made, came earlier than what we thought, just got it delivered and absolutely love it. Will definitely be back again

Damaged goods and awful customer service. Do not buy from them!!! I ordered a dining table on 27/8/21 which was delivered damaged. They promised a new replacement to arrive in October 2021. After continual emails and phone calls of me chasing them up, the replacement was promised for delivery in the week of 1st December 2021. It's now 20th December and we're still waiting with no communication from them whatsoever. Will never buy from this business again.

Came into the store this morning, superficially greeted from a distance by two ladies on the computer and another lady Dusting when we were walking through the store. came in looking for a table and not one of them came over to ask if we needed a hand. We we were in the store for at least 5mins. As we walked out both ladies at the front just stared. Poor customer service really. particularly as there was no other customer even in the store.

Ordered a console beginning of march which I paid for in full... still waiting even though I was initially told 6 weeks.. received one finally after nearly 4 months which was damaged.. since then another 2 have been ordered and apparently been damaged in transit... soooooo still waiting. Absolutely disappointed to say the least. Lake of communication .. which I have too constantly chase up to see what's happening... Won't be recommending!!

Loved the sofa I found at Gepps cross store and staff were most helpful. When it arrived it had a stain. I then had to deal with "customer care" it took 4 weeks just to get a cleaner. I would buy from Oz Design again as I do like their range of furniture but would be devastated if I had to deal with "Customer care" again. There is no after sales service just lots of lame excuses, really lets the company down.

Customer service and the rudeness from the older lady serving was unbelievable. Won't be back to OZ Design Furniture again and will advise friends not to bother. Maybe the older lady needs to do a refresher course in customer service or retire.

Oh how I wish I came here and read the reviews before I made the purchase decision. Worst customer service ever. The staff is so rude and their terms and conditions are so stupid. Bought a sofa and for sure FIRST AND LAST PURCHASE from them

BUYER BEWARE ! Do not buy from this company . Overpriced Chinese rubbish . No back up service for their faulty goods . What was in the showroom floor was not what we received . They take no responsibility for their faulty furniture .

Order a table 1 year ago, delivered in September and was damaged. Still waiting on a replacement. Wrote a stern email and they offered a $100 gift card to use in their store. They have no communication skills
