This hotel is pathetic and following unfair trade practices by listing rooms at lower prices on various sites with non cancellable option. I booked 2 rooms at 10pm night for my family through make my trip as I had to attend one important event nearby early morning so I called them saying check-in at mid night. At the time of check-in, they stated low tariffs issue and mentioned to pay more or connect with make my trip team. We were coordinating with make my team at 2am where this hotel denied make my trip team. Since it turned 3 or 4 am in morning as all options were far away and no other hotel was showing up at middle of the night, we checked in for 2 rooms paying in cash and rooms were pathetic, smelly, mosquitoes and even no tap or shower to bath. They ruined all my night causing so much harassment to me and my family.

Very bad services and no crocry available and no towel and etc. Cant go again. Rooms is very very very useless and dirty I askfor 2nd towel the reception girl says we give only one towel. If we order food outside then they say extra charge and they come again and again to the room and knock the door for extra charge. And there is no any service boy for the room service. And receptionst has no manners to talk to guest she speaks loudly. And receptionst says me i can't print your id as a hard copy you go to shop Or house and bring hard copy If you hve have need for room. they charged me rs.500 extra . when i told him that can i cancel my online booking then she said me that if you will cancel your booking then you will not get your refund . and my booking was in room no.304 but they send me in room no.201 there was not any shower in the washroom. and tv was not working. and room service charged me rs.30 of water . reception was calling me in telephone ☎️ then when will you checkout. they had force me for checkout so i did checkout within 4hrs. reception was saying me that if next you will visit directly, without any online booking so i will give you good discount. really very bad service. i need my refund please. name - dinesh (ba-llb). booking id - u5ky0499

I haven't seen rubbish hotel like this in my entire career.. When I went to the hotel reception, the receptionist sitting there talked very rudely.. I had online booking and I have made my booking payment immediately. she charged me extra 150 rs.I was very tired so I pay without saying anything.. Worst and Rude staff. Asking for extra money. Oyo app rates are cheapest but actual room rates decided by hotel. My experience was extremly bad abd will never use oyo. The wonen sitting on reception was so rude and illiterate. I was straight denied for check in even o paid online. I complained oyo but they also could not anything. Useless oyo and their hotels.

I booked hotel for two days and paid in advance to Oyo. But the hotelier said they can't allow me to check in for two days because there tariff is high. They asked me to call Oyo shift the booking and then asked them to please allow me to check in for one day only. Still they took 400 cash from me.. Very dissatisfied

Very unhygienic, Very Unsafe. The hotel is at 2nd floor and there is not lift so you have to pull your luggage by yourself as you wont get any staff boy to help you. A lot mosquitoes in room feels like living in jail. Not worthy at all as per charges. Will advice to not book this hotel at all.

rooms were full of mosquitoes, they provided us with the very small roll of toilet paper when asked fir one extra they said they cant give, checkout timings is 11.00 am they started knocking the door from 10 am . they did not have mineral water.

Very very very bad experience Extra charged at the time of check-in. We got the booking done from ₹ 670 but! took 1200 rupees from us at the reception. The bedsheets in the room were all dirty.
