This is very, very dirty and bad place, I have never seen such a place before.I would never stay here again.I had to wait a lot in the rception.It is very suffocating while breathing here.Rooms and bathrooms are dirty.The telephone does not work, there is no remote for ac and the TV is also not working.There is no charging point near the bed.There is only one charging point in the entire room.Itching when lying in bed.The bedsheet is dirty and has hair fall.Paint stains on pillows,and smells dirty.My check in time was at 11:00 am but I got entry to the room at 1:00 pm. How do I ask for drinking water? Telephone is not working.i have to go down to get water but i haven't got the room key.I have a lot of luggage.And when I came here, it was very crowded here.Why did I have to wait 2 hours when my booking was already done? Even those sitting in the reception do not know which keys to give to whom, which rooms are open, which ones are closed.I am not writing this review because I had to run up and down but the room is very dirty and the telephone is not working here because of this I have to write this review I would like to give it zero star.I would suggest not to come here.Not expected this from "OYO" please check rooms and services that you offered to the customer. The normal rate of the room I booked is ₹800/-. I booked the room through OYO @₹899/- but at the time of check in it started showing ₹1098/- i.e. extra by ₹199/- which is clear cheating by OYO to its client. After reaching at hotel with my family along with luggage I left with no alternative but to stay at the hotel. Next day only I shifted to another hotel in the same locality at much cheaper rate. Earlier I was getting some discount when booked through but now a days I always have issue left when booked through OYO. In one of my case the hotel refused to accept booking and the advance amount paid has not been refunded though assurance given by the OYO support desk. There was no service available at the hotel. Even drinking water is not provided in the room. You will have to bring water from ground floor yourself. Food is also not provided in the hotel.

Not to recommend anyone for stay in this hotel waste of money. Rooms are dirty. No table and Chair in rooms. Rooms and washroom are dirty. Tv is not working. Service is very poor. We checked in around 12:00 at night and we asked to send some plates spoon,bowl and drinking water but nothing will send in room. After many of call they send water and plates around 1:30am.At morning when i go to bathroom for bath there are no bucket and jug and the shower is not proper working.After that i will call at reception 5/6 times for bucket jug and towel they didn't give us. Very bad services.

I stayed there on 15th Dec. Other facilities were normal, not very good nor bad EXCEPT cleanliness which is always a most important concern. Observing my 24hrs stay, I can say that the owner and OYO has no concern with this hotel; galary and floor were littered completely, no cleaning were done in my presence, bedsheets and covers were with spots and no exhaust were in bathroom. Even there were sufficient staffs, but all were to ignore it. OYO is sluggish now as it's audit mechanism is completely fail to address it.

We have attended a social gathering and meeting program organized by the social group. The place is suitable for the same. There's a good large place on the back side of main hall. Catering was arranged in it. The food was normal like any other functions.

I booked rooms for my relatives who visited Delhi for medical purpose..on their arrival, the arrogant guy in reception cancelled booking giving a dramatical reason that they need local guaranter for staying in hotel...I think they have given room at higher price to someone else....I suggest them dont do such annoying activity because there are thousand of better hotels to stay in delhi and not all customers have peaceful mind to bear fraud ....Dont assure on their bookings

Bad experience! They are running a FRAUD where you book via OYO at 500 and when you reach they say they dont accept the prices on OYO so you end up paying 1000 for the room. Fraud hotel which does not honor online bookings. They demand 3-5X of the amount at which you have booked and ask to cancel otherwise. On cancellation, you will lose any advance paid. Most OYOs in Rohini area are doing similar thing by refusing to honor the online bookings and demanding more money without providing any receipts. Avoid this area.

I booked through OYO and got confirmation but hotel staff denied that they don't take bookings through OYO. Also they charged higher amount. On top of that, rooms were in poor condition - smelly, dirty linen, washrooms were dirty and staff denied to change the bedsheet. Not a good place to go with family.

No safety for vehicles... Many thefts happened here as per near by people talks.

Unsatisfactory Hotel Accommodation. My booking id CHAE3168.I was smally and with no ventilation. Did not have water.  The staff on duty could have cared less that we were unsatisfied. The room was not clean and this non-smoking room had been smoked in.

They need to improve much. Was messed up with little-little things during my stay. We have to call again and again to reception for small but important things. Room was also ok kind of. Breakfast was a joke tiny bowl of pasta CHILLED pasta and a cup of tea which was boiled i think number of times.

Service is bad. Rooms are dirty. Location is not very accessible (Oyo registered name is different so had problems in reaching it). They also charged me double for the room that was already booked. Go there if you are desperate.
