Bad experience. They charged us 2400 as we were new in Bangalore later the locals told us the rooms in this hotel were only 1400 max. We could not leave as we were on strict a schedule and did not have time to search for a new hotel. They first told us 2400 is inclusive of GST but at the time of billing they clearly lied and backed off saying they never told GST was included. Room has cockroaches and flies. Only good part is room service was helpful and polite. Room is definitely worth 1200-1500 but not worth a single paisa more than that. Make sure to beware of Autowalas who will take you to this hotel and they charge a Commission from the hotel as a result hotel increases the room price. I would recommend not going for this place if they charge you more than 1500

*i booked this hotel for 1 night but because of lot of bed bugs i left hotel in 4-5 hours. i was there with my family and i was suffered lot of during night in unknown city. I booked sarang hotel and left holiday hotel in night without completing stay.. i have attached new hotel bills, ola auto bill. Also i have attached bedbugs, dirty room, bed sheet photos. I choose this hotel by holiday name but actually i wasted my time and money and suffered in midnight. I will not recommended this hotel to any one.*

I stayed here last week with my family. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The auto which took us there was evidently paid a commission by the hotel. The hotel staff were extremely rude and condescending and the customer service was abysmal. The rooms are small and over-priced and the hot water is only available for 3 hours a day. The location is terrible, at least 1km away from the nearest eatery. 1/10

Have stayed in so many hotels over the years but this place will remain the worst experience ever. They charge exorbitant amounts, which obviously includes commissions for the auto drivers who take people to the hotel. I stayed here around 7 years ago but recently remembered the experience and just wanted to check the place online. Surprised to see that their business model and customer service hasn’t changed over almost a decade. It’s so sad that places like these still exist.

The worst hotel. Rooms are too small. But rates are too high. Room service boys are available but all the time but they are not friendly. Once you see the face of the manager you will think you are going to face your enemy. He is not seeing the guests as friends but only just business deals. I think he doesn't even know how to smile. I don't prefer this hotel for any one. Please use the google near by option to see more hotels near to this bad hotel.

It's a great pleasure to have a room in holiday homes in chamrajpet n Bangalore and have fun together..great room service.. And friendly front office.. Seriously helpful.. All staffs n holiday home are pleasant and always helpful at all.. And value for money..here we check-in to a AC deluxe room and onthe whole the ambience of the room is awesome.. Bad Service. Rude towards customers. I vacated my room and forgot to take the bike key, later came back to ask for the key, the staff at the reception demanded a bribe of RS:500. He showed us the key and told to give the amount he asked for. After a lot of talk and heckling he gave it back after the manager came to the scene. Please don't book your room here, very very very poor service.

They cheat with u. I use this hotel for 1 night they charged me 5000rs its too much.They gave me suit room but AC NO Working and u don't get hitter and room like smell u r in hospital If u come Bangaluru never goes to this hotel specially if u don't know here local language. Very worst experience... I have been taken to this hotel by an auto driver from majestic... These auto driver work on commission basis I think... The hotel is very bad... Not clean... Room service is not good... The rent is very high compared to what they offer... The plot next to this hotel is a garbage dump yard... So in simple words... Stay away from this hotel...

Stayed here with family... Worst lodge ever. Staffs are not friendly. Over priced as hell... They took 2000 for a small bathroom attached room. This same type rooms are only cost 950 to 1200. . And they ask 350 rs for 3 chappathi 3 parota and a veg curry.. The staffs are treating us with a fighting mentality. .but the receptionist seems a good guy.

Very important part of the best of all of the good idea that is not the same as the one I am in Relation to Order a new job in my area of icic to the next few months to get a new engine on us and the other side will be able for more time and experience in the future if it back then is a very good option to Order.

Poor conditioned rooms... Below par service for a pretty high cost... TV doesn't work and so does the A.C. , also no provision for wifi, soap or even hotel towels even after asking... Horrendous hospitality... Oh and yeah.. do remember when to checkout on ur own... No provision and a overall a waste of money

Service was awful. 1. Asked them to check the AC. Reply was that everything's working correctly, without even coming to the room to check. 2. Neither did they keep towels ready in the room, nor was any towel brought when asked. 3. Shower doesn't work. List goes on and on.

Very bad experince, i was travelling with my family from Gangtok to Siliguri- Mumbai-Goa-kerala-Banglore-kolkata Since 10th Dec,During my whole journey i have never saw such a worse hotel. Dirty rooms horrible washroom. I advise never stay in this so called Holiday Home

It doesnt look like in the photo. I booked for 3 days and have to leave before but they didnt refund. Room with AC costed Rs.1500 with discount but its not even worth it. I would never recommend this Hotel. I didnt like it at all.

It's easy to find a location, right on the main road. The distance to the train station is short. The decor is excellent, and there is plenty of storage.

Some auto guy took as from station and he quickly vanished. Worst room with not even space for properly standing. Unclean bathroom and dirty bedsheet... What more don't go there to experience it

Your hotel is very bad. The rooms are very dirty. Only two rooms are clean. The room's no.209 and 210. They gave free wifi that also it dosent work.

Book through oyo you’ll get a good room’s, if you go directly without booking then hotel will charge more price for the same rooms
