Update - (to Vaishali) I took my Son here for a couple of fresh Krispy Kreme donuts and Bijo served me again. He offered a warm and welcoming smile and served me promptly. OTR....great service! Friendly and prompt customer service. Conveniently located opposite the Adelaide railway station. Clean dining area at the rear of the store with plenty of seating. Wide variety of foods are available including hotdogs, snacks and sweet treats. Large range of cold drinks and icecreams.

Always a line up of people waiting while the one staff member is busy making hot dogs or coffee. Three times I’ve been in to just buy one thing from a shelf, after five minutes standing behind five others waiting to be served while looking at an empty counter because the guy is making two hot dogs, I dump my item and walk out. Very poor set up and service for where it’s located (near a part of town where there are lots of people wanting hot dogs and coffees made).

Every staff is nice except the new Indian security! Horrible! I can said I’m regular customers there and almost every staff know about me! They are friendly! But the new security wasn’t allowed me to park my scooter in a corner, but I usually put it there, and he let my scooter out of the door privately. I also told him that I would leave as soon as I bought the milk, but he ignored it! Actually he can say “you can park outside and I will help you to care!

Appalling customer service at this store. Family member accused of stealing while paying for an item, transaction was processed then was told to leave as the staff member is sick of the shoplifting??!! Excuse me what?? Family member then offered their bag for inspection but was told to leave. Appalling customer service by people who clearly have no idea what they are doing. Shameful.

I ordered a hot dog becuse i needed a quick snack becuse i was catching a train i arrived at the otr 10 mins placed my order 7 mins before i had to get the train the guy started making the hot dog 1.30s before my train left then i had to leave with out my hot dog or my 3 bucks. Why wouks you only have one worker on shift at one of the busyest times and everthing is over priced

Every time we come here the service is amazing there is one staff member that stands put in particular an that's JESSICA -JESS- this lady is soooo helpful. Jess remembered my order from previous visits so I've got so much time an respect for wthe staff here they go through so much. Thanks Jess your great at up ur job.

Every time I go into the store i can't buy a$3 hot dogs cos they are always out of buns or dog's . The staff There can't dont know how or just don't care about ordering axtra buns or dog's . Every time I go there there's only 1 person behind the counter . They make people wait , wait and wait some more . NOT HAPPY.

Please don’t sell iTunes vouchers if your staff are not trained in activating. Needed one urgently and half an hour later walked away empty handed after your staff member couldn’t figure it out. Not her fault as she clearly hadn’t been trained and the person on the end of the phone couldn’t help her either

Great service during the day but don’t be fooled by the opening hours listed on google. Says 24hrs but the doors were locked at 10:30pm and you could only request what you wanted through a window. Fine if you know exactly what you want but doesn’t work if you needed to browse to make your choice.

I went and got a pack of smokes and a recharge for vodaphone and only got the smokes and wasn’t ask if I wanted a receipt so I got ripped off $20 I will never recommend otr north terrace when they don’t do there job right when I rung them up they wounded give me the recharge

Waited outside for 10 minutes and was ignored by staff. Knocked on the window still nothing, they even saw me ad carried on putting drinks away. Only came to window when I knocked on it sharply with my keys. No apology,just extremely rude thst I wanted to buy something.

Home of Moe's Shake & Dog. I may be intoxicated but by god I know a good dog when I eat one. Sales person was attentive and made solid recommendations. Not sure what's in the relish but pretty sure it includes crack because I need more. MORE.

Not only did Sairz make me a 5 star hot dog after midnight on a Monday, she also showed great compassion and professionalism to a homeless person waiting on an ambulance outside the store. Will be getting another hot dog tomorrow night.

Customer service? Not half the time, too busy making 1 guys coffee to serve anyone else.. I think their either stuck on slow mo or they don't want to serve more than 1 customer per 30mins. No other place is this pointless

Hotdogs have changed for the worst. Bacon bits over bacon slices, cheese is gone for a cheese cause that is flavourless when mixed with anything else, and the removal of all the other things that made Moes good.

OTR service and quality is very low. Don’t buy coffee here they don’t know how to do ‘barista coffee’ as the claim. No respect for customers. Staff is rude and just chuck everything in a cup and call it coffee.

The young girl with the funky hair makes 5 star coffee and has 5 star friendly customer service. OTR please recognise her for her consistently fantastic service. She is a credit to your business.

The Indian store attended behind the counter was very helpful, courteous and extremely polite. Helped me with the specials in the store. Very happy to have gone there for quick shopping.

Roster more staff on. Hardly a convenience store when you have to wait for ages because the sole staff member is making coffee.
