The recently opened OMI DHA clinic fails to deliver what it promises. The outside building with all its decor is just a facade just as the inside to give the false impression of professional ambience. Took my mother there in emergency. Asked the receptionist if she needs the details of the patient to which she replied no worries we can do this later. Once in emergency, the staff though polite failed to inject a simple cannula which took a period of half an hour and only then by another nurse since they find it difficult to find her veins. The on duty house doctor was polite and attentive and listened patiently though the prescription written by him carried no official stamp to authenticate his rank and designation. After half an hour or so, the cannula was finally inserted and the IV started. The compressor of the AC wasn't functioning properly and the cabin was extremely hot and suffocating. Despite several complaints, no one was able to tend to the issue. Then when I went to get the medicines, the main stream medicine was short. I was there and then charged for the IV, antiobiotic injections, cannula, and other peripherals. The grand total was unexpectedly staggering and I was left in doubt if it was really this expensive. At the time of checking out, again I find the receptionist annoyingly slow who was more focused on having personal discussion with other staff members then attending to the people patiently waiting to check out. The bill was generated after 15 minutes with only handful of people sitting nearby. The total amount of services administered again was an attempt to rob people of their hard earned money with no clarification of the price list. Hours mentioned were technically their own fault as I had to wait for 30-45 minutes for a simple cannula insertion. To top it all, when I asked the receptionist about the admin staff, she pointedly told me that he was not present at the moment kindly check in on Monday and then went on to ask me what was the issue. I tried to politely explain her the mismanagement on their part regarding time and other procedures which she refuted rudely by claiming that it was simply because of large no of patients. I was there for 2 hours. I only witnessed 3 patients in emergency and 4 people on waiting area. Two gentlemen asked for refund as they found the staff incompetent on my watch. So yeah, I refused to engage with the staff more at this point and left for home. To all the people who visit there, this review is a fair warning that if you just wish to throw your hard earning money then you may visit the place. In extreme emergency this might be the nearest option for DHA phase 6 residents but in no way can cope with delicate issues or critical cases as per my own observation. Hope the reviews help you in saving your time and money and act as an eye opener for Administration to take serious action against the culprits and fix the lapses felt by many on priority basis.

Booked me in for an appointment at 5pm, doctor strolled in at 5:50pm. Customer facing staff was very polite, entrance area was to a clean standard, but bathroom was disgusting; I couldn’t even stand in it for 2 seconds. Unfortunately doctor was a real let down. Very unprofessional.

One of the best place with conducive environment. Highly qualified and professional doctors. Urgent care is also delivering care more then its standards. Few points for improvement there should be a tuck shop or TV, or Book shelves for passing time during the waiting hours.

Always great experience. All the doctors have very good reputation. Staff is also cooperative and new building gives very good feel. Will refer this great facility to everyone !
