I'm really sorry to rate this place so low but... I can't justify giving a better review. I called up to check if there were any rapid tests for covid and to ask the price. After about a minute of confusion I was told there were many and that they were $20. I asked for one to be set aside about ten times and just heard silence on the other end of the phone. Eventually I gave up and just try to confirm that there were many left. The female voice said there were and to come in. UNFORTUNATELY upon arriving there twenty minutes later a person with the exact same voice now informed me that there weren't any of said tests left and that the only option was a one use deep nose rapid test that was cheaper but one use. When I asked about the other tests she assumed I wanted 20 of the nose swab tests. When I pointed out that I called and that someone had told me that there were many of the other tests available she then claimed it was "the boy" who must have said that. Basically terrible terrible lying. If the circumstances changed in twenty minutes fine just tell me that this was the case twenty minutes ago and that it had changed If it was never the case just apologise for your mistake. DON'T LIE TO THE CUSTOMER. DON'T NOT GASLIGHT THE CUSTOMER. A lack of understanding of English did not help. If you don't understand just SAY YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND Follow up: after talking to the "manager" all that has been clarified is that there's a misunderstanding even though said service staff member lied in front of her and me. Despite the fact that the tests in question AT SAID PRICE HAD ALREADY SOLD OUT YESTERDAY BEFORE I CALLED. Great. Thanks.

I have been coming here for many years and it saddens me to read some negative reviews of such a wonderful group of people. This pharmacy promotes itself as caring for you like family. That sounds like promotional hyperbole ... but it's genuine. I have always experienced caring service and, when we lost our daughter to cancer, they went out of their way to help us. They also have a prescription loyalty bonus, in addition to charging low prices for NHS scripts. You won't get scripts filled any faster or better advice elsewhere. In addition, their prices are competitively excellent. If you still have doubts, pop in and look above the counter at the value of the cheque they gave to the bushfire relief fund in 2020. This is a busy pharmacy for many reasons! (Just be careful that you don't fall into the fish pond!)

After being encouraged the day before to have our Covid vaccine here we arrive only to find it chaotic and the pharmacist keeps on serving other people putting us to the back of the queue after 25 minutes we still have not had a Covid jab with them quoting another 15 minutes because they are too busy. I understand busy but they should not have invited us to come if this is what it’s like on a Sunday. As for the customers they were serving, they were attentive and efficient.

Great service for a pharmacy, they put some doctors like super clinic to shame no joke they have some pharmacists who know more about how to treat health problems than the bludgers at super clinic, I haven't been disappointed with them once and I've been going there for over 10 years, for example during the toilet paper shortage they had some, and to to those who gave them bad reviews shame on you get your heads out of the boxes and go and see what life is really like.

Great pharmacy, great service and always ready to help you. Been coming here for several years now and I keep returning because of their excellent customer service. They even have a reward system and I'm always receiving little prizes and at one time I received all my heart medications free. Now can any other chemist beat that kind of service??

When I asked the staff over there for hand sanitizer, she told me ran out of stock. In fact, my friend just got it from there a moment ago. Their policy want us to buy the other production so they sell 1 bottle of hand sanitizer.

I came in to get vaccinated for my kids two weeks ago, and the service was very speedy, and the staff was very friendly on Sunday. The man with the Gucci belt was very polite, professional, and handsome.

Little bit in the expensive side compared to Chemist warehouse. Not organized. But the store assistants can find anything that is in the store quickly. 3 stars since high price and not being organized.

The store is very cramped with tiny aisles; forcing customers to stand where ever they can for their scripts. I wished they can change/update the store layout so it's easier for customers to access
