I had nurse Anju, she came to my house on time and she was very polite and caring. She made me feel at ease and was very careful when taking my blood. No pain. She explained my prescription clearly and exactly what would happen next. Very kind and would definitely recommend. I hope all staff are as great as Anju. 10/10

My experience was the worst ever in a medical facility in Dubai. The receptionist was not interested in helping and refused to request insurance approval for tests required. She said the tests weren’t covered but when I called NAS they said to request and they would review.
