I originally wrote my review from a place of frustration and feeling utter dissatisfaction with both my personal care and the service offered; I still feel this way, that much remains the same. The reviews core notes were: -Staff prioritized socializing over counter service. -Staff ignored my concerns with timing; held me up there for 15 minutes while continuously neglecting to answer important questions, in turn my arrangements home were completely ruined, even though I asked prior to initiating prescription requests. -Staff asked for further personal information after I requested multiple times that I would prefer to fill at my local pharmacy, stating I had further appointments to attend and wouldn't be punctual if I were to stay. -Waited quietly and patiently to receive my paper copies to take to my preferred pharmacy and it seems as though the communication was non-existent and gave the impression the staff had more important things to do than offer cohesive service; I felt as though they were pressuring me to fill there, while they simultaneously treated me like I was less value than the Elderly Caucasian clientele. However, I'm going to reflect on this and re-post the original when I've received my prescriptions -- which ultimately were filled elsewhere, at a separate branch due to the nature of unprofessionalism displayed at this pharmacy. I recommend others do the same and support quality businesses instead. It's quite bizarre as the Medical Clinic practice housing the pharmacy is fantastic, yet the pharmacy was so thoroughly off-putting. Don't spend money on horrendous service, take your scripts elsewhere.

Really excellent service. I switched pharmacies after endless frustration with one of the bigger chains, and they quickly got all of my prescriptions transferred, contacted my doctor for refills, and found a coupon to save on my non-generic med. Very happy I switched!

Dakota Pharmacy is an excellent place to get your prescriptions filled. They are fast friendly & very efficient. We have been going there for the last 2 years & wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

This is the only pharmacy i go to. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and go above and beyond. I highly recommend Northway Pharmacy.
