I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the behavior of Erika, a main person of AAMG Cleaning, who is responsible for overseeing cleaning operations at North Park Shopping Centre. There are troubling reports of unethical conduct that require immediate attention. The issues at hand are as follows: No payouts of Cleaners': Multiple cleaners have reported that she is not paying their dues. There is a growing suspicion that Erika may be involved in these misconduct, causing distress among the cleaning staff. Extortion and Threats: Disturbingly, Erika is alleged to exploit her position by demanding wrongful work from cleaners. Those who refuse to comply with her demands are reportedly subjected to threats and intimidation. Misuse of Influence: Erika has been openly claiming to have connections to top management at JLL, which has created a hostile environment where laborers fear retaliation for speaking out against her. Regrettably, it appears that these concerns have not been adequately addressed by the management at JLL, leading to a breach of trust and deteriorating morale among the cleaning staff Maintaining a safe, ethical, and respectful workplace is essential for the well-being of all employees and the reputation of North Park Shopping Centre. I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it warrants.

This shopping centre has pretty much everything that you require; two major supermarkets (Coles and Woolworths), an Australia Post outlet, five banks (Bank SA, Commonwealth Bank, NAB, Beyond Bank and Bendigo Bank), a Service SA office, hairdressing salon, nail salon, OPSM, Smokemart, a newsagent, a BWS outlet, a butcher, a baker (but no candle stick maker) , several cafes/food outlets (Cafe Nineteen reviewed separately being one of them), a Telstra store, a Kaisercraft outlet (reviewed separately), clothing stores, etc. The car park is quite large and easily accessible with entry/exit points on Main North Rd, Regency Rd and Edgeworth Street. There are a few other outlets in the smaller annexe located in the car park (corner of Main North Rd and Edgeworth Street). Being in such a convenient location, it's definitely a good place to do your shopping.

I visited Northpark Shopping Centre recently and I was very pleased with the experience. The centre is not very large, but it has a good variety of shops and services, including two supermarkets, a newsagent, a fruit and veg shop, an Indian restaurant, a pharmacy and several telcos and banks. The centre was very clean and tidy, and I noticed a friendly and efficient cleaner who was doing a great job of keeping the floors and the restrooms spotless. The restrooms were especially clean and well-equipped, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I enjoyed browsing the shops and having a delicious meal at the Indian restaurant. I would recommend Northpark Shopping Centre to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant shopping experience.

Aurica, a cleaner at Northpark, has displayed severe misconduct by treating people poorly, especially students, in an unacceptable and disrespectful manner resembling mistreatment. Her actions have created an environment where students fear job loss and feel targeted based on their nationality, indicating racial discrimination. Despite numerous reports of her behavior, management appears to support her actions. Moreover, Aurica has resorted to threats and false complaints against students who dare to speak up against her. Despite bringing this issue to management's attention, they have dismissed it as a personal matter. It's crucial to seek support and address this situation to ensure a safe and respectful workplace for all.

This shopping centre is ok for lottery, bakery, Woolies or pharmacy but nothing else!! Only went to play the lottery on the way back home... Once you've parked the car....always be careful crossing cos no one gives way to pedestrians!!! Best to go across the road where Target is are there are more options!!

Shocked ! First I thought it is a joke, 100% unmanned self checkouts? Staff appeared really unpleasant when asking questions and annoyed. Not to mention customer service desk always unattended and below timely manner. Would not recommend to shop here
