A family oriented place to have a family and feel safe. Everyone is friendly and the owner and employees are very polite and well mannered. The camping area is clean with water, sewer and hydro hook ups not to mention the great daily, weekly or monthly rates. If your looking for a place to camp or live this is the place to be. Another plus is the golf course and restaurant "shooters" right next door with amazing food and beautiful grounds.

I wish the owner put up light poles instead off spending thousands off dollars putting gravel on the new section off the trailer park. He doesn't delay rent every month, but he is there too call ect his money.......

Tom Creighton was very impolite when asking questions about the new park. Not a pleasant person. Not buying there. Plus he didnt tell us that another company was having open houses that same day.

Development moving way too slow. Now they are bringing in USED homes which was not how this place was sold. Tom Creighton is not trustworthy. He embellished info in order to sell homes.

Beautiful trailers coming in. Gent next to #5 is a real junk pile, he should be made to take it all down, including across back lane.Has no lights on streets, so very dark and scary.

The new area is coming along, slowly, looking very pleasant! All the lots that were for sale, have been filled with homes! Good to see new communities being established in Winnipeg!

Pretty rude by making a comment over the phone, had a simple question and they couldnt answer it for me. Could. Have some better customer service. Thank you.

For short-term or long-term this is the place for your RV and trailer needs and the staff there are fantastic, accessible hookups and good security.

Ive camped here for many years. I find the owner and staff very accomodating / friendly and heloful . I very much enjoy enjoy the awesome location.

Needs a better meeting area/clubhouse/designatedvisitors parking. All the residents are pleasant, that I have met, so far.
