We have had our Kia serviced here over the past 5 years and every time they charge way too much. The last time we had it serviced they told us the brakes pads and discs needed changing and that it would cost $750. When we declined this and took it to a local mechanic instead, he found that the brake discs were in perfect condition and only the pads needed changing which cost us $120. Northern Kia Service are a total rip-off.

The team at Northern Kia turned what could of been a nightmare situation without a car for over 2 months into a great experience. The team communicated with me throughout the process and delivered my car back even faster than was initially indicated. Couldn't be more happy with the service and outcome.

I used to go here years ago when I first bought my jeep They ripped you off then Im afraid nothing has changed I will not go back there ever again The service was good however special shout out to Stephanie ..your talents and skills are wasted here they are corrupt go somewhere else

Completely wasted half my day... The receptionist who I spoke with never bothered to inform me about my vehicle requiring to stay at the service centre till 5pm... A heads up would have been nice so I could organise myself transport and plan my day. Terrible customer service!

Very professional service, dropped the MG off in the morning and they called as per schedule. Reasonable price for service. I was impressed with how they were all organised from the person taking the car into the service centre to the staff member who collected the charges.

Really disappointed with their service. I came in for an express service at 7:00am and still couldn’t get my car back on time. It took more than 4 hours for a normal 15k service. Their customer reps are disappointing too and really not helping the mood.

I got to drive a cleaned and vacuumed car home Service didn't take as long as estimated Hardest part is getting through on the phone But that is not the Service Department fault Thanks My Kia was purchased in March 2017 I think Thanks guys

I went to Northern Kia service centre today with a small concern with my brand new car. Its due for its 3000km service next week but I was Worried about something happening over the Easter break.

The service was great but the battery products not good the warranty go for one year after one year it f..k if you gonna change battery here you need extending warranty

No complaints contacted me to do a recall update booked in within 2 days job done all contact surfaces were covered and then disinfected. Goid job Kia

They were able to fit me in without an appointment for which I was very appreciative, however, the underlying problem needs to be attended to !!!!
