What a lovely and helpful team. My car broke down 2 weeks ago and I was towed by RACV. They asked where I wanted to go and after a little google search I noticed the great reviews for Northern Auto Care. On arrival Tony had a quick look at my car and figured out the problem. What makes this garage special is how they go above and beyond. Tony gave me options of where and how I could scrap the car and said he'd look into buyers at the local garages - I wouldn't have had a clue. But what was really special, is that he then offered to drive me to my work 5minutes away realising I had no vehicle. In the end we decided to save the car with an engine that I know took him a while to source but even still the car was back with me in under 2 weeks. He was easy to contact throughout and always kept me posted. He even offered to collect me from work so I could collect the car. The car is now running great again. The level of empathy and kindness will not be forgotten. Best mechanic I have ever been to. Thank you Tony and the team - you really deserve every 5*

I get very nervous taking my car to the mechanics because of all those stories of ladies getting ripped off and over charged but Tony at Northern Auto Care was absolutely brilliant. Went in for a service and side mirror replacement. They kept all the parts they replaced to show me where they were worn and why they needed replacing. They kept me updated on the work and went out of their way to find me the right colour side mirror so I wouldn't have to get it painted. Very polite guys and clean shop, after all that I was expecting a hefty price but it was very reasonable!! Extremely happy with the work, the little corolla is purring again. Highly recommend!

10/5 STARS Time after time and time again Tony and the guys looked after my car and went above and beyond to help make sure I could continue on with my day or make me comfortable for any wait periods. And they always show and tell me what needs to be done and why. Most recently my car broke down and I towed it straight to these guys! Tony could see how stressed I was (REALLY bad timing for a breakdown) and got the parts delivered within 30 minutes and they fixed it all straight away for me. Seriously, I cannot recommend Northern Auto Care enough! Competitive prices, amazing customer service and professional auto care.

We are from Sydney and our vans' brakes decided to give up while we here (Easter weekend 2019). We randomly find Tony in goggle and he told us he's not opened today but in his shop doing maintenance to the building. .but to come down he'll take a quick have a look for us. Not only does he take the job on but he goes above and beyond his mechanic skills. He rings us throughout the time he's fixing our van to inform us what's he's doing. This is the first time I've met this man.. And I wish we had more nice and honest mechanics like this. . You deserve more than 5 stars, Tony. Thank you!

MY OWN experience with Tony was nothing short of fantastic. He was honest every call him and I had about the repairs needed on my car. He helped me as much as he could and when he knew there was someone else who could help more he drove my vehicle there HIMSELF because I am a busy mum of four!! I appreciated his time and efforts very much. It’s not an easy time for anyone at the moment, and not having my car was huge for me and my kids which he understood even though he was super busy. Tony and the team at NAC consistently go above and beyond my needs, everything from servicing to a complete engine overhaul, they have been looking after my vehicles for 3+ years and i cannot fault the service, level of communication and most of all cost. I cannot recommend Northern Auto Care highly enough for any of your automotive needs or wants,, unfortunately google only allows 5 stars, this is definitely the place to go if your looking for a quality mechanic

The most helpful garage i've ever been too. I called Tony late in the evening in desperate need of some work doing on our van, he told me to come in first thing the next day, by 11am he had completed the work and I was on my way. Xmas was saved! Tony and his staff were so friendly and understanding, they were clearly very skilled and the garage was very well equipped. The prices were very reasonable and service was faultless. Above and beyond!

I referred my father’s Grand Vitara to Tony and the guys, they did a fantastic job thoroughly checking and pin pointing the issues it had for years.. all repaired and dad is very happy with how his car runs now!! The team at Northern Auto Care were great. My car broke down on the Wednesday and I managed to call that afternoon and ask if I could get the tow truck to drop it off that night. They were fine with it and then they also had my car fixed and repaired and ready for me to start work at 2pm the next day. Great service, very friendly and highly recommended!

Dropped off my car for a service at this place. They completed the service in about 2 hours and a half, very impressive. Ive been to other places where they would tell me to leave the car for the whole day then charge me all this extra stuff. Price at the end was very reasonable, thank you northern auto care, will definitely be coming back again.

Got my 105k km service done on my Triton plus 5 new tyres and an Ironman 30mm lift kit fitted by Tony and the team. I couldn't be happier with the service and price compared to the big companies, I couldn't recommend Northern auto care enough. Just had to visit the workshop again. while the first experience was good probably because it was a bigger job, this time around the experience was awful. Toni was rude probably because the job was only 100 dollars and i got the part myself. It was a drive belt issue so a little extra care would have helped. Not going again ever

Great service! Toni took the time to explain and show me the parts that were worn out and required replacing. Much better than going to Toyota for servicing, and always leaving with a hefty bill without knowing if there was a real need for things to be replaced.
