And when you mention one neglect, they are willing to take notes and fix them. --Price Can't really comment on prices since COVID hit hard and the market value is up on the roof. But with that being said, most cars do come with one year warranty, which I guess most dealers don't provide ? Especially for cars that's more than 7 years old. Keep up the good work Micheal

Excellent customer care from Marcus and Michael. Soon after purchase, found my Nissan Pulsar was losing oil (ran beautifully otherwise.) They were genuine, polite and went straight to sorting out the problem. They had the car assessed, sourced a replacement engine (ensuring the same Nissan engine with similar mileage), had it shipped from interstate, and had the replacement done with proper checks, necessary parts and fluids renewed. All within the given timeframe, through an authorised mechanic that specialises in Japanese cars. They provided a decent replacement vehicle, also gave me the repair paperwork, and without me asking, assured me of the car’s existing warranty and that I let them know straight away should there be any other issues. Excellent communication throughout, proactive, genuine and trustworthy business. 2nd car I’ve bought from them.

Recently bought a used Hyundai IX35 Elite from NHMC. The car was my sons first auto purchase. I can't say enough about how great Marcus was to deal with. On the day in question we visited every used car yard from Hobart through to Derwent Park and Glenorchy and without doubt these guys gave us the best, most personable experience. After selecting the car we liked the look of we asked to have an inspection performed on the car, to which Marcus arranged at no cost to us. Communication was also great across the course of the next week or so. We worked out a deal that was suitable to both parties and got the deal done. They even paid for 3 month rego extension which was not part of the original deal as the registration was nearly due at the time of purchase. I couldn't recommend these guys any higher. 5/5. Very nice folks to deal with. Highly recommended.

Fabulous cooperation and service shown by the two guys and other staff! Needed my car within 2 days since I sold my previous one. I drove away with the one I bought from them and then a few days later as agreed, they themselves reached up to me, took the car from my residence and cleaned it all up and to top it off also added the automatic unlock system within just a few hours. That was a shocker of everything. Haven't seen such dedicated set of people with such a high aim for customer satisfaction. You guys are legends!

I found looking for a second hand car in Hobart to be a minefield, full of salesmen hustling to meet targets and dealers offering nothing more than you'd get from buying a car from Gumtree. North Hobart was a no pressure experience where I felt that they were working to provide me with the right car, not just sell me whatever they could.
