It had been over a year since I shopped at this location. I walked out with a bunch of new clothing and shoes. The shopping experience was wonderful. My husband went to try on some shirts, and I was waiting outside the dressing room, arms full of items which I was going to purchase. Out of nowhere, an employee asked me if I'd like a shopping cart, to which I replied, "Yes, but I couldn't find one. If you would just point me to where they're kept, I can go get one. Thank you. Her reply was no, wait here. I'll go get it for you. In the 2 minutes she was gone, another employee approached me asking if she could go get a shopping cart for me. Can't ask for much more than that. Wonderful customer relations. Clean store. It's just an all-around great shopping trip.

Thank you Mr. Lee, You are the Best Seamstress in Valley. I received many complements and that made my day. I recommend Mr. Lee and giving 5 stars for the professional and quick work done, leaving me stress free. Just think how fun to rummage through my closet and I get to be the designer by having Mr. Lee create a whole new wardrobe. Anyone that needs alterations or ready to spruce up you own wardrobe Mr. Lee at Norstrom Rack is the Tops and his prices are better an any other in town. Check it out yourself. This is the worst managed store I’ve been to in my life. Chronically understaffed, expect to wait a minimum of 15-20 minutes in line to pay. The employees are rude, and management seems to be completely absent. The store is constantly disorganized with merchandise strewn about everywhere. Corporate seriously needs to get this store in order. I’ve seen people walk out with unpaid merchandise and the employees don’t even blink. This store is a disgrace to the area. I hope they fix the problems, or close the store and open some other establishment that actually cares about customer service.

I haven’t been at this location for 3 years. This was originally my goto location until I went down to Chandler. Excellent excellent excellent is all I can say! This store has got a lot of people working here that seem to really enjoy working at this location. Overall attitude is great! The store obviously is clean and it shows in the attitude of the people they want a clean location. The shoppers are pretty cool, easy going people still. The wifi works excellent like every other location. The bathrooms are spotless too! They seem to be hitting hard on every level!

My experience it wasn’t so good. I asked JOHN for help working in the men’s department, and he had me wait while he completed a phone call. My problem with this was he’s on the floor at work to help people on the floor, so I thought that I could get some immediate service being that he was not helping a customer in front of him. I will look for other options to shop at Nordstrom’s next time. oh, and he was more than happy to ask the customer beside me. If they needed to have anything hemmed, it amazes me how skin color can change with service you receive.

Parking is plentiful and painless. Plenty of eating options in walking distance including Snooze for breakfast or lunch. Or perhaps Twin Peaks for ball games. Returns from online purchases are seamless. Shopping in store is comfortable and spacious. Clothing is fairly organized by sizes including some racks that are designer specific. Salespeople are friendly and helpful, even with measurements. When lines get long additional employees step in and open additional registers

I had question about the shoe size options that are in the company’s website. An employee by the name of Asper answer I asked my question and she hung up on me. I called back and got her again. I asked my question her response was “I’m not too sure you can google it”. I asked if maybe her manager would know and to speak to the manager. She hung up on me again. Thanks for the best customer service. If she gets commission,I’m sure her paycheck reflects on her attitude, poor.

This was my very first time ,I enjoy walking g around. Most places tend to make me feel overwhelmed. I love how the products were nicely put away and the clothing easy to find. As soon as me and my husband went to check out , we were greeted with such kindness. She offer us to sign up. Didn't hesitate. The prices are so worth it. Can't wait to try ordering online with the App

Here’s a place you’re going to find Great deals on nice brands with tons of verity. Your biggest selections are clothing for men or women and shoes. There is a kids section and accessories area to find jewelry, hats, makeup, suit cases, socks, purses, and other kind of bags. Some of the clearance areas are practically giving away items at 70% off.

Lovely little store but minimal selection of dresses. Asked one girl to help me find a shoe size area and she just pointed and said it’s over there. Didn’t offer to take me and show me the aisle. When I arrived “over there” it wasn’t labeled and I was kind of searching for a sign as to what the size area I was in.

If you don't want to over-pay and want to find great quality of clothing and shoes, this is your place. They'll send you your receipt via email and they have a great return policy if anything doesn't fit the same once you get home. Gift receipts are also available.

NOT the same policies as the nice service at Nordstrom. I thought they were one and the same. I Learned to listen from this BAD and UNFAVORABLE interaction better due to the manager saying NO NO NO and not even given an opportunity to say one word. …

Prices on products are either really good or confusingly high compared to Target or other big box shops. Took one star off because the associates at the fitting room lacked the ability to watch their language with customers around.

Love this store! Can never go wrong with Nordstrom Rack. They have everything you want. I always find something fantastic to add to my closet. They have one of the best shoe selections for both men and women.

The store is clean and staff is friendly. I shop here every once in awhile with my wife. Haven't had bad experience yet. I wouldn't give it a 4 or 5 star since it's just a regular department store.
