It's with great sadness that our Louie lost his fight to cancer, but Nicky and all the staff at Norbury Pet Health Centre could not have been more loving and understanding when such a hard decision had to be made. Nicky and the team always provided our well loved louie with the best care and provided us with all the information we needed to know. We were always made to feel welcome and at the time we needed it they showed compassion and sympathy. I can honestly say everyone is so kind hearted and I'm so grateful and thankful for all their love and hard work.

First time visiting this vets .I was pleased with the service. All staff members was amazing and welcoming . My bird is well and happy after his toenails being cut. (First time). Will be going back anytime he needs it .

This vet is so expensive they are NOT animal lovers to be charging these kind of fees. It’s really sad, I wish vets were able to be regulated on what they charged. Don’t go here if you don’t have lots of money to spend!
