A disappointing and overall experience with the exception of maybe two people there. I'm not going to make a long-winded review because I don't often make reviews anyway, but this is just a bad decision of mine to buy a used vehicle here. I'm just going to say, I wasted gas having to go to this place so they can fix an issue, not even a month, when I bought the car. And I was waiting for these guys to call and tell me why they couldn't cover it. Sure enough, I got the call. This little problem of mine would cost 1800 to fix, and it's the type of problem that won't allow me to pass smog or anything so I can add that to the overall price. So much for their inspection. I really needed the vehicle so I bought it. It wasn't much of a deal. I had to already go back for issues. These guys are funny. The salesperson was driving me around to take out some money because I didn't have enough on hand. During the drive, she said, "I'm going to put some gas, I want you to have a full tank with your new car." At the time, I wasn't paying attention because I was too preoccupied with getting the money out because it was urgent, but later, while we're talking, I notice the fuel is at the exact same place as before. I ask her about it and say "ah, no, I'll show you what I did." And. It. Was. Never. Talked about again. HaHaHa really shows you what they about. In the end I still really need this car and i'll fix the problem myself. No point crying about it.

If you want to purchase a car at a place that meets all the stereotypes of a manipulative and deceptive car dealer you have found your place. I was interested in a certified car listed on the website. I was told by the salesman (Sergio) , the car was going to be ready and when my wife got there to see it, not only was it not ready, it had failed the smog test and couldn’t be certified at all….total waist of time. After talking to a sales manager (Moises) who told me they were going to give us a good deal because of this fiasco, there were more tricks of the trade. He told me they had another car for me to look at it and it was ready to see on the website. So I went to look at and it wasn’t there. Then, he proceeds to tell me they will have the car ready for me to see later. And then he gives me a price that is higher than the car I was looking at yesterday that had less mileage and was a year newer! And then there was another car , same year and less mileage listed on line that was about $2500 cheaper and had less mileage. And then he said if I came in maybe they can work on the price. What a run around. They give car dealerships a bad name!

Edit: Unfortunately my first review was right before my car was delivered. Once my car was delivered the items that were promised throughout the transaction were not delivered. It seems that the sales associate really will say whatever needed to get you to sign.... I called and spoke with management about the issues, they said they would look into it and solve the problem. No one got back to me. I called again and unfortunately had the same dead end response. I've purchased multiple cars over the past 15 years and I have never experienced such lack of follow through. I would not recommend this dealership. Herbert was the only smooth part of my experience. Herbert the finance guy was so kind and had my best interest in mind with my lease. Very honest and transparent, would come here again. Anthony, the sales man was such a sweet heart and was patient with my decisions and going back and forth with with my car selections. Great experience.

My recent experience with the Sales staff at Nissan of Mission Hills went above my expectations. Buying a new vehicle turned to be rather a hassle-free transaction and I appreciate the attention and patience we received from everyone involved. Our sales person, Chris, was very attentive to our requests, showed us the vehicles we asked for, answered all of our questions, and was extremely professional. He made me and my family feel welcomed and valued. I appreciate that he was very respectful of our time, well-mannered, and flexible as we discussed our options. He also made sure that we received assistance when he wasn’t available, and Sergio did an excellent job as well. Thank you! Going through all the paperwork is not always fun, but Herbert was pleasant, easy to understand, and very patient while explaining all the details. The gates were locked upon arriving. I think it was about 5 minutes or so earlier than my 7:00am appt. Whenever I took my car in for service at other dealerships, there was never a line forming around the block. I was second to arrive. The long line soon started forming. Then upon checking in, I repeated my info and appt time three times to three different people. I only wanted an oil change. I purchased a package. I also was advised to get an air cabin filter. Now, the advisor was excellent because he was empathetic and listened to me. He was thorough, and I appreciated it. But, when I came home that day, I got an URGENT RECALL NOTICE. Why wasn’t I advised about this matter at my appointment? I now have to make another appointment to bring in my car. That’s a bit annoying.

I went car shopping at Nissan Mission Hill last Monday, and my experience was the worst but luckily my suppose to be assigned sales person called me back and explain the situation and is really willing to help me out which he did so we had set another appointment to the said establishment. We are warmly greeted by Alamin Sharat, who made great efforts to make us feel welcome and comfortable at your showroom. He was kind enough to show us around the showroom. He made all attempts to guide us through an extensive list of the available cars at the showroom. I have to say that this was by far my best car shopping experience. My car was brought in for a recall. Nobody told me what they were going to do or even explain anything. they asked for keys and returned them with a "screw" in it to lock the key in place. That should be explained to people. One of my keys was noted that it wasn't working. The manager said I needed to bring the key back to the dealer where the car was purchased and have it reprogramed. I told him it was here. And then he said he couldn't help me and go buy a battery. Also another annoying thing. A man kept bothering me about selling my car or buying another car from you guys during my one hour wait time in the lobby. He literally came and asked me about buying a car 4 times.

Great experience with Sergiu and his team at Nissan of Mission Hills. I came in at a time where I needed a car but didn’t have the cash or the credit. I just had to be able to get to work and support my Family. Sergiu listened to everything I had to say and really tailored the experience to my needs and worked diligently with lenders to be able to give me peace of mind and a certified pre-owned late model Rogue that I never thought I would qualify for. Shout out to Ali in the finance department as well for explaining everything clearly and making us comfortable upon signing. This dealership will definitely put your needs first over getting just a sale.

Hands down one of the best customer services I have ever experienced. Not only did they find me the right car but they made my family and I feel so welcomed and comfortable being there. Nissan of mission hill is the best car buying experience I've had ever. I can't say enough great things about my salesman Sergiu. Sergiu knew my financial situation with a recent bankruptcy and was able to get me in a 2022 Nissan leaf that's totally electric and I absolutely love the car! Sergiu worked with my budget and got me an unbelievable deal. And let me give a shout out to Dion my finance representative! Dion helped me understand all the paperwork and all of the coverages that came with the sale. If I could give zero starts I would. I’ve only been to this dealership twice and both times went really bad. Waste of my time. I spoke with Ali the car salesman about my current situation with my car told him everything he needed to know about my car, tells me to come on down just for them to tell me I have to much negative equity when I had already explained everything. Drove over an hour for nothing. They just tell you what you want to hear. I’m always getting false information from the Sales team. I would not recommend this dealership. They don’t seem to care at all about there customers.

I had a great experience. Jasmine took care of me and my vehicle going above and beyond in customer service and communicating to me what I needed to have done. She didn't sell me on anything and took the approach of educating me and letting me make the ultimate decision on what I wanted done. I'll look for Jasmine again next time. I love getting my car serviced here because I love getting coffee out of their coffee machine in the waiting room. The creamer was out and Jasmine gave me some creamer out of her secret stash. Now that's customer service!

The best experience ever from Start to finish. This is my 3rd leased car from this dealership and I will continue to lease my cars from here. The General Manager was so friendly and welcomIng. I saw the salesman, Moses who leased me my last Kicks and he made a point to come over and say Hello and congratulate me on my new lease and the gal in service, Amy, was lovely. Daniel Escobar gave me VIP treatment - not only did he clearly convey the warranty coverage on my Nissan Rogue, he was keeping me up to date on the diagnostic report - advised me on what should be done. Set me up with a 2023 Rogue complimentary loaner while my car was getting the best care and service it ever had in my 4 years of ownership! Rafael was very professional and his customer service was top notch. I can tell when someone has good communication skills and peoples skills. The service was excellent, and I left happy knowing that the team and him were able to help me with my truck.

Mike helped me negotiate a better deal Sunny the financial director just extended my insurance for 10 days because for some reason CA insurance puts a hold on new car insurance for 10 days or more. Side note if you do buy a car make sure u get extended insurance with dealership before you drive off! Totally recommend this dealership

I have visited other dealerships like Honda or Hyundai and they have treated me great. At Nissan they didn’t even offered me a cup of coffee. A recall was supposed to be taken care of in 4 hrs and it ended to be 6 hrs. And they only provided a one way ride, which other companies do better . They take you home and then pick you up back to take you to the dealership. A little disappointing there.

Worst experience EVER. Never again. Employees don't know how to communicate with costumers to let them know EXACTLY what they need to qualify. I was told to pick up my car at 4. When I arrived it was not ready snd the party had not arrived. Also the tool off my license plate holders and replaced with your dealerships. I am so MAD that was done. I did not authorize that. Terrible move. Shame on you. That alone makes ne never want to use your service again.

It was good. The only suggestion that I have is to take one of your benches and move it to the outer edge of the parking lot for smokers with an ashtray so that they have somewhere to go especially if the waiting room is full and that way they have somewhere to throw there butts.
