I visited the post office 24th Aug around 1145hrs. The lady serving at the post office counter was absolutely delightful. I watched her help a young lad (obviously not familiar with the workings of a post office) and she was patient polite and happy! She also made my experience a pleasurable one. Its just so refreshing to see shop staff happy in their work thank you

Went to post an item around 5 pm but the lady at the main door didn't let me in she said they are closed but the timings online says 5:30pm there were at least 7 people inside. She said don't check timings online which doesn't make sense as everyone checks timings online now a days. Kindly change the timings online or accommodate the people who are there on time.

The Post Office here offers a range of services including road fund licensing. Long queues are an occasional spot and the service could be better as staff can be rude here at time. OK overall.

For Biometrics cards, please call them before you go to collect anywhere in the UK. There are delays in delivery. Take care.
