I am really glad this laundromat opened up again for convenience. I live close by. I like that the hours are extended. Staff are really helpful friendly and professional cordial. I usually come in on Sundays or weekends. I would like to extend my appreciation to Coraida who brings a smile and a helpful hand with folding laundry among other things. All employees are good with keeping things efficiently operating. All that's needed is more space for folding some chairs. Maybe an area for children to play. Overall I have to say thank you for reopening for the community. May I suggest opening another location by the Irving Park and Austin area they're in dire need of a laundromat! Took my clothes for a drop off service and when my clothes were returned all my white clothing did turn yellow. They said it was because it was mixed but it does not happen just like that after 1 wash. I have had other sweaters and clothing that have shrunk and the elastic around my other clothing had stretched. I called them but they refused to take responsibility for their actions. They said the only way I’ll get reimbursed was that if the employee who handled my clothes was to pay out of pocket for her damage which I found not fair because accidents do happen but the managment still refused to take any responsibility.

Took my cloths to dry. The sign says $2 of you only want to dry. Why charge so much extra? But oh well. I go inside put my laundry in the drying, come to the counter to pay the $2 to dry ( which I could’ve easily put quarters in the dryer n left without paying extra) and the guys says he will just put a quarter for $2 means if I need to dry my cloths properly I have to pay $4 if not more for one load. Lol NO THANK YOU!!!

Saturday was the first time I came into New Wash U laundry mat. I was very impressed with the service here. I came back today to finish off my laundry and I will make this laundry mat my new place of doing my wash. The service here is exceptional. Ms. Zoraida is extremely helpful, friendly, welcoming and warm with all customers. Thank you very much!!!

How is it 85 degrees and you don’t turn on the ac and you make us wear a mask? Good luck keeping your business open like that cause I’ll just go to a laundromat where the Laundromat has the air conditioning and don’t act like you’re living at your parents and have to set it to a certain temp or turn it on when they feel like it

Have the decency to change Google settings if someone is going to spend an hour driving to your store to do laundry, sees others doing their laundey but is turned away because it is "too late". I should have another hour and a half based on your door, Google, and your website. Terrible ownership.

This place is awesome. It's clean, inexpensive, wonderful assistants and a very courteous owner. Don't go anywhere else! I broke my ankle over the winter and they just were so helpful. Zoraida was exceptional in helping me and even though I have a washer I will continue to go.

Home dryer broke, management charges non washing customers $1 extra per quarter but the sign says $1per dryer load just the use the dryer. Plenty of dryers available unheard of. Unethical. Won't come back here and will report this business. Pic of sign attached.

This place is exceptional! Very clean and spacious! The owner, Rick was very helpful with what washer I should use to wash my comforter. Then helped with folding when it was dry. Very friendly and superb customer service! Come here for all your laundry needs!

This is a very good laundrymat, the downfall is that many washer/dryers are out of order and if you bring Lots of clothes you gotta be looking around for the right machines. Not too many seats to wait. I would come in the afternoons when is less busy

This place don't turn on the heaters it's very cold here and some machine don't prewash , but very friendly staff and very clean . Sorry not going there no more TURN ON THE HEATER !!

This is my neighborhood laundromat. Staff are friendly and the place is mostly clean. However, dryers and washer are often out of service.
