The owner is very rude and very bad. One cycle i purchased from him for my nephew and one I purchased from other store. When he came to know he has been holding back my queries and when I asked do the they do servicing other guy at counter said “Yes” and owner said “No” after seeing me. I was like c’mon so much attitude. Not at all good business ethics and client service. I would strongly recommend big “NO” for this shop as for after sale service there is no guarantee waurantee for the same. Be careful....

Doesn't even deserve 1 star very poor after sales service, the owner and the workers are very rude to customers, for simple repair work to tighten the break the guy asked us to come the next day, and when we went the next day he said there is alot of repair work in other cycles nd asked us to come after a week. And when we told that only the break needs to be tighten, he raised his voice saying its not possible to do it. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

Third class product.I bought cycle of 8k within 7-8 months both tyres were bust after few days cycle lock was not working.Then bottel stand and side Stand broke.They don’t bother to entertain you once’s you paid money,also they claim that we don’t give warranty of any parts we only give warranty of frame.

After Sales service is very poor as no proper trained mechanics n don't know how to talk with customers. The reason could be as whenever I have visited the shop the owner is never to be seen n the people working for the shop r taking it for granted. Would not recommend this cycle shop hence forth.

One of the better bike showroom in Vakola main road. Enough space in front of the showroom for bikes to be kept and for parking. Good experienced staff. They provide good support. Servicing also done. A bit towards the end of Vakola road. Good building and overall experience.

A good variety of bicycles in the locality. This shop came up a few years ago and seems to have a great variety of bicycles in all ranges. Found that the simplest bike starts at around 6k. There are kids bikes as well. A must visit before you buy.

They are using fake name.Gold Bikes is a reputed firm in Ludhiana punjab which manufactures Complete cycles . We had reported this fake entity to government officials
