Upon checking into my room, I found that the temperature was quite cold, around 62 degrees Fahrenheit. Despite multiple requests to increase the heat, I was repeatedly told that no adjustments could be made and was simply offered additional blankets. While I appreciate the attempt to resolve the issue, I would have preferred if the heating could have been turned up to a more comfortable temperature. Noise insulation in the rooms also seems to need improvement. I was woken up on multiple occasions by loud noises coming from neighboring rooms as well as outside the building. Soundproofing upgrades could significantly improve the sleep experience for guests. The wifi connection was also frustratingly slow, topping out at about 1Mbps. This made even simple web browsing a struggle. A faster, more reliable wifi network would be a welcome improvement. While the staff members I interacted with were friendly, the environment overall felt unprofessional at times. I heard multiple announcements calling guests to the hotel bar in a manner I would not expect from a respectable establishment. I hope the hotel will consider making upgrades to the heating systems, soundproofing, wifi network, and standards of professionalism. With some improvements, this could be a comfortable and satisfactory place for guests to stay. Please let me know if I can provide any other details on my experience.

We liked staying in this hotel. For the price we payed it was really good. Great location within walking distance to a metro station. Room was clean. Staff was really nice to us and welcoming. When we needed help with something they helped us. Saim is a great guy. There are also clubs in the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers or group of friends. The only downside is the noise during the night. Even though clubs might be a plus, you can hear a music coming from them. I think better noise isolation would solve it. Can't review food or parking because we didn't use any of that. Other than that, we were satisfied. Just for the noise from clubs I'm giving this hotel 4 stars.

Very bad experience last night I visit there everywhere parking give hotal but he cahrged 50 dharam but why not mention in booking page and I come room then reception guy calling m pay 50 dhRam now I say can I pay after 1 hour coz I'm eating he said better you pay now I'm shocked this very bad services and after in room no slippers no big towel no TV channels no good wifi very bad experience in my life I'm not visit again if you need money you mention pay all money together.

Good hotel for this area. The area around is very very bad, dirty, noisy and dangerous. Hotel is pretty clean, stuff is nice and friendly. I didn’t like that disgusting Indian smell at the reception, everything else was ok

It’s a clean hotel with clean restroom. The staffs are helpful, but not very friendly . The room is suitable for friends with short stay near Naif Markets. It’s not for luxurious stay.

The fridge was leaking, the water closet cover was cracked, The cotton blind finishing not ok besides that the room was clean and the service was good (Room 104)
