I recently discovered Nova cleaning from someone who has been a happy customer for forty years. I brought some shirts and dresses each with different issues. Mr. Emad and his wife were extremely knowledgeable, experienced and paid attention to each concern: * two of my favorite but old dress shirts had completely lost their shape. After the dry cleaning they found their crisp collar and shape just like the first day. * there was a big stain on a vintage dress that I had neglected to address and I was ready to give the dress away after two unsuccessful consultations at other drycleaners. The owner told me with honesty that he cannot guarantee the removal but that he will try his best. To my delight, the final outcome was the complete removal of the stain and no discoloration! I wish I had a before / after photo to share.. * finally the was a few tomato sauce stains on another dress that were also completely removed. I could not be happier with the service I received and will continue using their services. In fact I already also dropped off two bags (one leather and one mixed leather-fabric) and cannot wait to see them revived!

I needed a dress only to be pressed as I had hand washed it. I also needed this dress to be worn at a wedding a week later. Owner refused and insisted that he had to charge me for full cleaning and press...I accepted only to retun a few days later and realise that the dress was missing one of the 2 straps!!! My daughter could not wear it at the wedding! This put us in a terrible inconvenience. Nobody listens to customers anymore...they don't care if they inconvenience you. Dress will never be worn again. It is hard to match the same blue and install a new strap.

We moved to the West Island four years ago, I must admit that from all the neighborhoods of Montreal were we lived, we did not experienced such an efficient competent and reliable dry cleaning such as Nova. The staff is very helpful and they attend to every detail for customer satisfaction. The repairs services and they can address any diversity which can be encounter in the cleaning business, they face the problems with extreme competence, to customer satisfaction. I have no hesitation in recommending Nova for any of your cleaning needs.

First i would like to say i have not been asked to give a review....i have been using nova for 6 months weekly and the owner and staff give the very best customer service , they bend over backwards for their customers.... Many times i was in a crunch and needed my suits cleaned and shirts dry cleaned and they made it happen i have never seen anyone get shirts as white or the hardest stains out like they do....i am so impressed i needed to share .thank you so much.you have a customer for life

Nova Cleaners did their "magic" on my favorite suede jacket that I sent to them to be dry-cleaned for the first time in 15 years prior to the fall of 2023. It came back looking like new: the dark gray spots that I had thought were wear-and-tear turned out to be dirt that Nova "magically" removed, restoring the jacket to its original pristine green colour everywhere!
