Right now i just came from nesto supermarket i got milk icecream and when i went to counter i asked guy how much he talked arabic i said excuse me he questioned my hijab after that he was shouting me and we had a big fight when i asked him name no one said me when i asked the superviser to talk they started talking in their local language...where is the customer service that guy questioned my religion questioned the dress i put and even he showed me finger and attacked me...where is the ladies right in dubai Dubai supposed to be safe for ladies...there was full force of guys and i was only the lady... I just want my respect and honour And i want that guy gets the punishment I am regular customer of nesto supermarket But now i ll think thousand times bfore i go there... Where there is no customer service and no respect of customer M not gonna waste my money there...

The worst place to waste your money , the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Went their to grab some outfits for myself later when i reached them for an exchange the staff told me that i am 2 days late so he can't change , well everywhere in UAE we are allowed to have an exchange atleast within 15 days and when it comes to trouser or shirts there is absolutely no harm to facilitate your customer even if he's late for a day or two since the busy duty routine doesn't allow most of the people to visit the markets often . Terrible experience as i returned the items without an exchange or refund . Will never ever visit or let my FNF to visit any nesto store .

Staffs are very rude..today I shopped around 200 dhs things last week also shopped same. And today I asked nesto card, but he didn't give me and very irresponsible answer from that guy. I am wondering for family person they are behaving like this..rest all bachelor and other people with them how they behave I am thinking??

Really the nesto carawan supermarket is the place where we can find the all necessary things as it's huge market now and in addition staff is amazing and friendly,who always help us to find the things on the professional way ..

Best decision they make today that they will be open till 2 am.. its help lot of people like me who reached home around 1 am.. in this area no shops are open at this time..

V.good market for middle class people....best rate for daily needs,veg.fruites,clothes, and different things. It has best rates for abive mentioned things in all over DIP.

Main counter not staff more only one staff work sometimes is big line need to waite..kitchen and clothes blanket not all brands some short stuff...etc

Typical kerala style restaurant. Good ambience. Had Mutton biryani. Mutton is no no. Not boiled properly. More bones than flesh.

In dip 2 this market is very good all the time having good offers there is pathan roti and resturant and barber shop also
