My Mother just passed away. Nelson Brothers made it as plesent as possible, playing her favourite music & a slide show of all her photos from young to old. Telling us to take our time & our time was important to them, that made my family & I feel less stressed. They had communicated with us through it all. not good the celebrant just waffled on for ever and he made me want to die they filmed the funeral but 75% of the screen was the audience the room was so hot I almost fainted they had air conditioning but they didn't turn it on then they made me carry this huge, heavy flower arrangement and it hurt my arms bad not good unprofessional

The service for my father could not have been more perfect! The team at Nelson Bros were just so lovely. No request was to difficult & we were able to give dad the most perfect send off.
