What a horrible experience. The time on website says 8am, i went all the way there at 8:05 am the store wasn’t open. Then I saw the sign on the door which says 8:30 am so they misrepresented the time on Google. Anyways, then I went there at 8:35AM, guess what ? The store was still closed, door was locked , The OPEN sign was not Lit. I knocked at the door, waited for 5 minutes until 8:40, no-one opened the door. I would suggest the store to have some Punctuality. I would like to tell the shoppers. , not to go there maybe until 11am, then they would consider they’re open.

The owner is a very nice man and his service is much appreciated. The items have great quality and are a reasonable price. I love coming here. Not to mention the store is always clean and the products are always in perfect condition. It is hard to find a store with good service in Toronto but this place is perfect. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

My go to choice for snacks, essentials and everything in between. Neighbors Convenience is always stocked with the best food and drinks that can be hard to find anywhere else. The owner is the nicest man and always goes above and beyond with his service. I always leave with a smile and a bag full of snacks. I would give 6 stars if i could.

It's rare to see such friendly staff in Toronto. Wish more convenience stores were like this one.
