Pathetic service. They overcrowd the place forcing the staff to finish quickly and move on. Staff are not at all experienced and keep on chatting. My last visit there, I got an hair cut and the stylist is more concentrated the other customer sitting next to me than the haircut. He was chatting and trying to sell shampoo to that person. This time I went in for pedicure and eyebrows, and note that I booked the appointment well in advance. Still the beautician assigned to me was not at all experienced and because of the rush, she did my eyebrows on the pedicure chair and ruined it beyond repair. The response to my dissatisfaction is "sometimes it happens" and "use a pencil" Please avoid the place and for the premium cost they charge, the staff are not at all experienced or even professional.

In spite of letting the hairdresser know that I can't get my hair and beard trimmed for next 5 months they screwed my hair and my moustache. I'm new to this place, instead of risking my place in a local store I thought I would prefer a professional guy, turns out to be the local guys would be more careful then these guys. Not charging money is not the only solution for what went wrong cause I need to live with this beard and haircut for the next 5 months. Very bad and hurting experience, asking to opt for a branch is never a solution for a brand like Naturals! Not even a apology! Only a person goes through this understands this pain, it's just another customer for you guys

Had gone for a haircut in this newly opened parlour. I was assisted by the hair artist Amir who is very very experienced in what he does. It was Sunday and they were even short on resources but that didn't affect the quality of their work, he took his time and made sure that I was satisfied with the look. Definitely the best in the area so far and worth going in. P.S: Would recommend booking an appointment for the service in advance. Kudos to Naturals and team! Looking forward to visiting more in future.

First time getting a facial and it was amazing! Mrs. Mamatha did an amazing job. She’s very professional and knows what she’s doing. Always makes sure that the client is comfortable and okay. Mr. Venkatesh did a great job with the haircut. Really really happy with that. The Manager, Mrs. Ramya is really sweet and considerate. Got professional at this salon. Mr.Alex did a great job with my hair cut. Management should look in with the offers as its almost the same when we have a membership and though people with membership won’t get any extra benefits. Got parking, neat and clean, good service Only concern with billing. Should have a proper experienced person at billing point to explain customers with offers and benefits. Recommend for kids and adults

Worst in cleanliness and professionalism. They left hair on the body and color on the shirt which spoiled and water available. When asked why it's like this mr. Pranav and staff just says sorry. Took service for me and for my wife both faced the same behaviour. It's not at all acceptable.

Visited today for a haircut and was assisted by Amir(Ameer).He spends time with the clients to know the requirements and he did a great job at making the perfect layers in my hair.I’ve been going there for many years and I have never been disappointed. Highly recommended...

I visited the salon for keratin treatment. Very friendly staff members. Ameer listened to what I wanted and worked patiently to do my hair treatment. He also suggested hair cut and further care for my hair. Highly recommend. Will definitely visit them again in future.

The service received from "Kabitha" was very good. The haircut was done in a way that was neat and suited to the face. As advised by other customers, even after getting the membership, the big discount is not available. The relevant authority have to look into this.

Had been to naturals sarjapura today and took services from “Babika”. She was very friendly and gave best services. I took facial and pedicure services from her. She was gentle and her facial and leg massages were very relaxing and soothing at the same time.

Loved the service...Amir sir is an expert hair stylist. He spent so much time in styling my hair (as I have straight hair) and gave a completely new look. Mamta Ji also very patient and provides best service. Naturals Sjp is a must try and worthy of time.

It was the most wonderful experience I ever had. @alex got my hair so perfect professionally cut. From long hairs like 6inches I got a perfect buzz cut and I am so happy with the outcome of my haircut. Great hospitality and friendly stylist.
