Had a really bad experience here. I recently moved to Neeladri Nagar and I went to the closest Naturals because I have never had a bad experience with Naturals. But today has proved beyond doubt that that this outfit is hiring stylists who has the capability to destroy the brand name and value as well. I should have backed off from this establishment when the hair stylist looked clueless and confused when I asked him if he can do a sideswept undercut or a one side haircut. Instead of doing a medium fade to a low fade on the side, he just SHAVED OFF THE HAIR ON ONE SIDE COMPLETELY (please see pictures to understand the gravity of the situation). The stylist's name was ANON and doesn't understand basic english. He was sweating profusely after he realised his mistake. Even the manager Madan looked surprised as to what he had done and was sympathising with me. Well hey, I didn't come to "Naturals" for your sympathy and for you to practice on my head. I came to get a very common haircut and ended up being a victim of their ineptitude. I am thinking of reporting this to the district consumer court. EDIT : They have responded asking me to visit the place again, however I am sorry to say that after the experience I had here, I will be avoiding this place like the plague and I will make sure everyone I know in this neighborhood and also from where I work does not come to this Naturals branch for their hairstyling needs.

I’m glad they turned me down for not having an appointment, I could find a real gem in Neeladri. The arrogance of staff is what is unbearable. I had been here multiple times and I was more or less happy with their services. But after going to their competitor nearby who provides better services at same prices, I realise how bad this Naturals outlet is. Edit (12/9/23): The owner of this outlet replied stating my billing details are not found in their system. I wonder with what details they are trying to search, I haven’t given my contact number or not even my name (my Google alias is initials). Are you trying to prove that my review is not genuine and I’m not your customer? This has become a practice of many businesses these days. Try not to resort to these kind of cheap tactics, instead take feedback positively and improve your service. I would never want my personal info to be in public domain. Period! Btw, I reduced 1 more star for their immature response.

Such a pathetic situation we faced today in Naturals neeladri road. Electrónic city. We took appointment at 6.30 till 6.40 they least bother to call me when I asked about the service,the manager by name Manjuath was recklessly called me, as soon as I sat I got call. They said , get up come after call we have so many clients. And manjunath spoke so badly on me. I never suggest to go to naturals here after.we are customers of naturals from 2014 previously we were in Hyderabad and we had membership. Now after coming to bangalore we taught of taking membership here but now we will never go to naturals with such experience. Such a pathetic worst behavior by manager. Haircut experience was very good! Nirdhosh did my haircut, and he obviously knew what he was doing. His handiwork is very clean and precise, if you can tell him exactly what you want. He listens to what you want, but does not hesitate to give you advice on the styling specific to your hair. My advice is to take your time and tell them in exact detail as to what you want, and also get their advice. As long as you’re very clear on how you want your hair styled, rest assured, Nirdhosh does an excellent job. Whether you like the style you picked or not, he will give you what you want with the highest quality possible.

*Editing this review because I can’t post a new one, apparently. This is a pathetic place with zero loyalty towards customers. I went in to get my eyebrows done and they have the audacity to tell me it won’t be possible because they have much more important customers to deal with, naturally the ones who are paying for bigger services. Ironically, just last month, I had spent about 4k on services here and the treatment I got was completely opposite. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves and such places should be shut down.

This was the worst experience ever.i have done a hair colouring in here a week before for my grey hairs.i wanted brown colour. But one lady did black. My natural hair colour itself was brown. I don't know why she did like that. She couldn't understand English. I was kept telling her this was not the colour i chose but still she did that. And the grey hairs started showing up within two days. I was customer for naturals since 5 years. But not anymore

Pathetic services. Not all staff, especially lady staff, are good in their job and its your luck to get good experienced staff to cater to your needs.. Had a function and spoiled my haircut. Previously the same person did my eyebrow threading and I had to stop in the middle and ask for a different person to rectify the damage done. Multiple times had bad experience and now will never go in for any service.

One of the unisex saloon with affordable prices. Services are good. Interior is neatly maintained. Staff members are friendly. It'd be good if they put some noticeable signage. Now only those who are familiar with this location or who access/finds this place via Google map can visit. It's just behind nilgirees on the 3rd floor of same building.

Went for a basic hair cut, Royally messed it up. Clear instructions were given with previous cut pics, idk how he still managed to cut too short. AC wasn't turned on and i started to sweat. They put a table fan, it started blowing the cut hair back in my face. Only pro was they have their own parking. Not visiting here again.

The person didn't even know that I needed a hair wash she was about to start cutting my greasy hair. Furthermore, I asked her for suggestions and I felt like she literally knew nothing. I barely spent 500 but it didn't feel worth it at all. I could have spent the same on a local parlour and they would have been more active.

I just love the service, especially the store manager Manju my stylist Nadeem have done a fanstastic job. Very cooperative and understanding. Disappointed. After showing them multiple times of how I wanted my hair length. Half way through the hair cut, the guy was like he had never done long hair cuts for men and he wasn’t even sure of what he was doing. Completely disappointed with the service, totally ruined the look and length of my hair!

Went today Naturals neeladri I got pedicure and facial service done , Was very very satisfied with the service and her humble behaviour, Would like to get more services from them and I would recommend naturals salon for everyone , Give a try to once thanks for the service .

Came here for a casual hair cut, had a very good experience all through right from the reception desk to the hair cut, followed by a warm hair wash . Mohammed Arif was exceptional with his skills . Would be here often and strongly recommend.

Very good customer service. Also most of the services are provided at reasonable price. They also have packages for customers who are regular basis like for facial and de-tan. They accept charges via cash and digital wallets.

Had a great seamless experience. Raja was fantastic… so was the lady at the reception. Ambience was also peaceful with light music, hygiene at its best! One of the best Naturals salons in Bangalore .. for sure!

I would have given 0.5 rating if there was an option. I asked to keep my hair length medium but my one side was shorter than the other side length. I didn't like the hair cut. Wastage of money

I did eyebrows and pedicure .have got cuts near eyebrows and pedicure service was worst .They just applied creams and was also not washing it neatly .Do not recommend naturals .

Got service from Raju for hair colour and hair cut and beard shape.. perfectly done with lot of patience and he is friendly in nature and soft spoken . Much recommended
