I recently went for the services for hair spa facial and pedicure .. would say that the staff for pedicure Babloo is very professional at his services ,I actually had pain in my foot which hat released very quickly today,really awesome experience , had an amazing session with Sohail for my hair spa and hair treatment suggestions he was actually in details patiently explained and suggested the best one for me , for facial nothing better thank Pratibha my face actually was glowing ..overall the experience was amazing and staff is really very polite and good. Total a 10/10 experience and yes last the products they use are so skin friendly . Well done

Humble and well trained staff. I have visited other branches of Naturals so I can say that the staff and the services of this place totally contributes to the Brand name of Naturals. I got facial, Hair cut and Hair spa done here. All the services deserve 5 stars. Covid - 19 norms and hygiene are maintained. One of its kind in the near-by areas. Bit expensive if you compare it to normal parlours and salons in the area, but still it provides very good quality services in an affordable range if you compare it to high-end salons of Lucknow. Keep-up the good work

Right from the moment you enter this place everything feels professional and warm. You’re greeted by the ever smiling receptionist Rajni and courteously asked for the service you would want to take. For me, Ali did an amazing job. He was skilled, humble and polite. Did not point out to things I could get done and only focussed on what was asked to do. I was pleasantly surprised when an individual cabin was assigned for face massage. It was relaxing and uninterrupted. All in all a wonderful experience. One might say it’s costly, but I’d say it’s luxury!

I am a regular customer at this salon but on my recent visit, I got full body waxing and hair spa. After a day, I saw several burnt marks on my skin, the person doing waxing did not care for the temperature of the wax. I have this big marks on my hands and underarms which will take time to fade. Also, for my hair spa, I agree the massage was good but the person who was doing my hair spa was not expert on hair treatments and he used harsh hair dryer on my hair and next day it did not even feel like I have done my hair spa, my hair were dry.

amazing staff. starting with Rajni ji, the smiling girl at the front desk to Ashish ji who did hair treatment, Laxmi ji who helped in beautifying my nails by beautiful nail extensions. the best part is the hospitality of staff ( of course services are just amazing). took some other services from Bablu ji , Khushi, missing one name (sorry for that) all were amazing. generally i refrain from writing review but i must say when you meet so many good people at one place, you are bound to write about them. keep it up

Got my nail extension and face wax done from thr Burnt literally burnt my face and damaged my nail bed badly Got a burn mark on my face thanks to naturals Ratan Khand From last one month suffering from this my extensions are half broken n my real nails are bleeding , my nail bed is damaged badly . Very disappointing and pathetic service. Naturals is big name but services are really low standards pathetic . Just sharing my honest reviews, hope it will be helpful for someone .

Great service for haircut. Getting a prior appointment is always preferred, and they mostly give slots at preferred times. I had used their centres at bangalore and their standards in lucknow are good as well. Just one slight drawback. I went for a haircut at 7 pm with an appointment but the service was given in a hurried manner and the free hairwash was not offered as well, which was disappointing. Other than this, impeccable service filtering covid protocols too.

It was a wonderful experience visiting naturals salon in ratankhand... i got my haircut by mr. Ashish who is master of his trade.... There was no lack of attention to details, he is a fun genuine guy.... I even took his suggestions and couldn't be any more pleased... I had a fantastic experience with Laxmi as she did my bridal makeup. I specifically requested a nude makeup look, and she executed it flawlessly. I highly recommend getting your makeup done by her, as she truly listens to your preferences and delivers exactly what you want.

We went to Naturals Ratankhand to avail a cleanup and haircut This is a money making machine and nothing else, they gave us a cleanup which was useless and haircut was also very bad I would have given zero stars to a place like this Never going to that branch again

This place is very professional, the staff is warm and welcoming. Ashish sir did a very good job with my hair.He took more than enough time to cut my hair and I got a very flattering haircut at the end of my session. His conversations also put me at ease.
