I felt very fortunate to have Nathalie as a first time buyer. She was very quick to pick up on what we liked and what we didn't, and she provided us with lots of great information about the houses and the areas on each visit, like important rules or bylaws. When we found a house we liked, Nathalie moved right away and had an offer for us ready to send off that evening. She kept us in the loop about our opportunities and provided plenty of guidance. Nathalie understood very well the type of apartment I was looking for, she arranged visits one after the other and in 2 days of visits, I found what I was looking for. Her pieces of advice were very helpful too (what details to pay attention to and the important points to consider in addition to the visual aspect and location). She also facilitated the transaction and discussions with the owner's agent, which allowed me to settle in quickly. Tu nous a suivis, guidés, écoutés, judicieusement conseillé pendant toutes nos visites. Tout ceci pendant sur un bon nombre de visites. Sans ce service, nous aurions pu perdre notre argent sur de mauvais investissements ou le placer dans un bien qui ne nous correspondait pas par dépit, au vu du marché fort difficile en ce moment. Au final, nous avons trouvé le bien qui nous correspondait au prix de sa valeur. Rien à voir avec nos précédentes transactions immobilières, un vrai service!
