I went here for the first time with an appointment, and the lady rushed through the entire manicure and waxing session. She did a poor job waxing, leaving huge patches of hair and residual wax all over my legs. She barely spoke to me at all and when I showed her the leftover wax, she said “it will come off when you wash”, so I had to walk around all day with sticky wax all over my feet and legs. Only later did I notice the patches of hair that was left on my legs. Terrible service and negative energy, will not go back.

I used to be a regular client. I used to do nail extensions dip powder or biogel and always get a shellac pedicure. I loved having designed in my nails but they just raised their prices. Lam is the best nail artist and I do like a lot his attention to detail. Now the frees are expensive and even if I requested Lam he did not do my nails this last time. This was a super overpriced design even if I did not added tips this time and they peeled of in 3 days, so disappointed of how the awful quality.

I believe good work must be recognized. Never in my life have a walked out of a salon so pleased. I didn't even need to specify several times on what I wanted. I felt no guilt for expressing any specifications... the man who did my nails understood exactly what I wanted. My nails look PERFECT. I rather spend a couple more dollars and leave with perfect nails. The space is extremely clean and I felt very welcomed. 10/10 recommend. thank you so much!!! The best nail salon ever! Me and my 2 friends had very precise designs we wanted for acrylic nails and they gave us advice, recommended us colours, and took their time to make sure it was exactly what we wanted but they we’re still super efficient! My friend needed a charger and Natalie offered her’s and her male coworker helped my friend create exactly what she wanted for her mani pedi! Furthermore they were super kind, cracking jokes, professional, overall an amazing salon

I have been going to see Natalie for years. She is the only one that is allowed to touch my nails. Awesome service, super attentive and extremely create. Her new shop is extremely clean and the choice of colors are next level. I have recommended this shop to so many of my friends, co-workers and even people that like my nails.Natalie Beauté is the place to go!

Great service very meticulous it's been almost a year, never felt rushed and it's not a production line where there's 20 people waiting to get nails done. Nails always on point, I usually get shellac/gel nails and it stays healthy lasts over a month, I use my hands a lot/typing on computer. I ve had everyone do my nails and always great job.

Je fréquente l’endroit depuis son ouverture. J’ai suivi Lam (copropriétaire avec Natalie) qui travaillait déjà dans ce domaine près de chez moi. Le personnel est attentionné et courtois et les prix très compétitifs. La boutique est impeccable et très bien tenue par les proprio. Je recommande fortement.

Took my daughter for her first mani and pedi with mommy. We had an AMAZING experience. Super friendly staff, clean facilities, huge color selection. Been over a week since I went and my nails are still impeccable. Thank you for the amazing care guys! Will always be coming back to this place.

Absolutely the best place to get your nails done! There are so many amazing colour choices for gel, shellac and dipping powder and they’re creative and willing to play around with different designs. The place is new and always super clean. Pay them a visit you won’t be disappointed!!

They charged me for a “new set of nails” which wasn’t the case. I had 3 broken nails, I did not get a Whole new set of nails. They just wanted to charge me 65$ for 3 broken nails. Seriously . I will not be going back. There is no shortage of nail salons in Montreal.

Je ne recommande certainement pas cette place. J'ai demander pour une pedi-manu et c’était trop chère. J'ai aussi apporter mon fils pour faire ses sourcils et ils sont fait un trou dedans!!!!
