I had some documents to certify from a pharmacist as true copies to extend my passport . Went there around 3.30 pm, no one was in the pharmacy, only just the 3 employees. Young pharmacist came to sign the documents , even he took the pen. There was an old tall mate working there, may be the manager or the senior person asked the Young pharmacist NOT to sign , asked me to leave my documents and come to collect them at 9.00 pm..Very rude They clearly had time to sign them and give it to me straight away. That old mate said they are very busy even without a single customer in the shop. Will he do the same if I have to pay money to this kind of work?

Store opens at 9am, I went to pick up my parcel at 9:50am but the employee told me to come back at 10am... The man could have just given me my parcel but told me to come back in ten minutes when I was the only customer in the store as well. No where in my collection email or even on their website did it say pick ups are after 10am. Disappointed employee couldn't spare a minute to hand me my collection and instead made me waste my time to come back again later.

This pharmacy’s customer service is outstanding. I was having difficulty sourcing my medication recently and the Narre Warren Pharmacy went over and above for me. Every phone call and encounter with the staff was professional and polite. I am one very grateful and Very happy customer. I visited on 12th of June 2023 at 5pm. The pharmacist and the lady at the counter were amazing. I will be visiting again definitely. Has to be the best pharmacy I have been too.

I was here, about three months ago, to purchase a device for ketone and glucose testing. I found the staff unbelievably helpful, obliging, and nothing was too much trouble for them, they explained everything, in fact set it up for me. I don't drive, and walking to this pharmacy is out of my way, but we'll worth the positive experience, for me.
