1. The air filling department, even though the safety valve pin of the tyre tube is fine, says the pin is broken and gets the customer to change the pin to new ones(which they have with them), they have done it with me thrice in a matter of few days and they don't even realise I am the same customer (hence it arose my suspicions and I conducted some spy work and observed their activities). 2. Also they are ready with small pin(nail) which don't puncture Car tyres due to the size, but get stuck in the tyres in the place where the customer parks the car for getting the air filled and he is made to believe it's a genuine situation and thinks he is losing air in the tyre faster, so he pays them more for helping him by pointing it out and taking out the nail

Have some doubt on this petrol bunk coz 2 days back means 4th dec 2020 fills 300 rs petrol from this bunk my petrol digital meter stick raised only one 1 point.. After run 55 km bike came reserved it means reserve level means 1.5 lts stock in tank... After that agian i filled petrol from hp bunk in kanakapura suddenly 3 digital point raised... When i filled in essor bunk in vajarahalli that time also bike came reserved... So definetly some goolmall going on this bunk. But will observe another 2.3 time and if repeats will write email to central petroleum ministry n regional essor nodal officer...will informed my staff and frnds to abserved and take bill while fill peteol for proof

Don't ever Go here, Scam bunk. I had paid 210 rupee and they filled very less quantity of petrol , I couldn't reach home back .The next morning upon enquiry the staff was very rude to listen to my part of story and just said manager will be only available after 19 am to reply. Essar don't spoil your brand for just RS 100 and teach your staff some common sense.

Very rude workers.I asked them whether air is there they told no so i asked can i only put air they ran and closed air station.Other petrol pump near that provide free nitrogen gas air this people's are worst.I have a dought in petrol quality and quantity as well.

Quick service, good fuel quality. Genuine quantity. But bad sevice for air refilling who try to loot you in with saying your tyre tube has a puncture everytime you refill, even if you have fixed it from them few mins they will still try the tricks.

They cheat you..please don't go here...unless you want to waste your money . Even if you try to claim later they'll come up with excuses like your meter is not working or that your mileage is bad.

The staff here don't wear masks. They just come to your car and then put their head inside window to to speak to you without a mask! They behave rude when questioned!

Just be careful at this petrol pump the workers try to open the car back doors if it is not locked and try to take the things inside it.

Opened recently in Dec end 2019 and have options for petrol, diesel and auto gas. Good option for this area as there none nearby.

They filled 3.8 litres of petrol in 3 litre can, they cheating so easily, I have proof. This loot from petrol bunk never stops!

They are cheaters one day I filled my car with 1000 rs diesel but they put less petrol so be careful when u go to pump

Pure management staff behaviour is very very bad don't respect customer and services is very bad
