Definitely not a Pro! I purchased Michelin Pilot Sport Tire from Computerized AutoPro for Volkswagen Passat. Less than 20,000 km later I got a mechanic notice about an unusual wear on the tires. Normally all Michelin tires are coming with 70,000 km warranty, so I contacted Michelin for warranty support. They immediately filed a claim referred me to their representative at Canadian Tire. After having inspected the tires on my vehicle, Canadian Tire technicians came to a conclusion that Computerized AutoPro sold and installed Michelins with the load factor that is three points lower than the one appropriate for my vehicle (94 instead of 97). Since providing tires with the wrong load rating was solely the mistake of Computerized AutoPro, the Michelin representative advised my only option was to go back there to fulfill the warranty. So I went and dropped my car off there. Next day after the appropriate tires were installed on my vehicle, instead of an apology Computerized AutoPro surprised me with a $100 bill that I had to pay immediately. When I inquired what exactly are they charging for, the lady on reception assured that the ‘Warranty Administration Fee’ is mandatory deducted by Michelin for this type of warranty services. I paid, but before leaving the office I requested more information about the fee since I planned to double check it with Michelin customer service. On hearing that, the admin person suggested I talk to the manager. Todd Eskow, the owner, manager and service consultant at Computerized AutoPro (who taught Tire Training for over 10 years but apparently has a vague understanding of the load index!!!), met me shortly after. Imagine my surprise when he informed the charge was not from Michelin. In fact the $100 was charged to pay the salary of Computerized AutoPro employee who invested two hours into a telephone conversation with Michelin trying to re-create the claim I have created long before I even came to AutoPro for warranty service. To sum it up, I have a couple of issues with the service Computerized AutoPro provided. First, they installed tires that do not meet the O.E. tires’ load carrying capacity. Tires with lower load index decrease the maximum load capacity of a vehicle, which potentially leads to a blowout. Depending on the situation, this careless mistake can lead to an automobile accident, and cause property damage to multiple vehicles, injury or death of people. Therefore, Computerized AutoPro provided a faulty tire replacement work that put me and my family in danger. Second, they are charging customers for the time they spend fixing their own mistakes. The so-called ‘Warranty Administration Fee’ is a unique creation of Todd Eskow, no other business has it. Likely because of the poor workmanship, cheating and lying seemed to become a common behavior for admin stuff at Computerized AutoPro. The lady at reception tricked me into paying the charge that should not be there in the first place. I am very upset I had to go back to Computerized AutoPro to get the warranty service. If there was a chance I could go to a different place, I would not have to pay any additional fees. Finally, I spent more than 7 hours of my personal time dealing with Michelin customer service, Michelin representative at Canadian Tire and Computerized AutoPro. If I am to pay Computerized AutoPro’s employee to spend two hours on the phone with the Michelin customer service, who is going to compensate me for my time? Anyhow, now I just want to forget my experience with Computerized AutoPro like a bad dream. Would never trust them to touch my vehicle again.

Todd is the Owner/Operator of Computerized Autopro in Edmonton, which is conveniently located on 9010-58 Avenue. We both belong to BNI Chapters in Sherwood Park and through this association I felt comfortable to take my vehicle to someone I could trust and know personally the owner. Todd holds a higher standard of knowledge and follow through, than the general automotive service industry. Todd has “grown up” in the automotive service industry and took his years of experience and hard work to take over the family business Computerized Autopro. I am impressed with his follow through on work he has done on my 2011 Mercedes ML350 Bluetec Diesel. The service from his shop as compared with Mercedes dealerships is highly valued. I had some major engine repairs that were still on warranty and Todd’s shop supervised and managed those repairs, that were required to be done at Mercedes Southside. Another very important service is the provision of a free ‘service vehicle’ while your car is in the shop. At the Mercedes Dealership I was told the work did not qualify me for a service vehicle…. Brittney, who manages the front desk and incoming calls, keeps all customers updated and connected to the “current state of affairs” of your vehicle while it is in the shop. I recommend Computerized Autopro Service to my friends, family and all contacts without any hesitation. It gives me great comfort to know that we have this automotive repair service within BNI Alberta North. Dealing with Computerized AutoPro was an absolute pleasure. I own a Collision Repair Shop (Freeway Auto Body), so I'm very fussy about the way vehicles drive after repairs. I just recently had Computerized mount and balance 33" all terrain tires on my Toyota FJ Cruiser, then I installed a 3" lift kit on the vehicle here at my shop for the needed additional tire clearance. The vehicle was returned to Computerized for a final wheel alignment once I was done the lift kit. I made mention of a slight vibration in the steering wheel when I dropped my FJ Cruiser off for the alignment. They promptly, no questions asked, re-balanced all of the 4 new tires that they installed and balanced for me 2 days prior. I understand that not all tires balance perfectly the first time around, sometimes a brief break-in period is necessary. Everything is perfect now, which surprises me, especially considering the over sized tires. No more vibration, and straight down the road with no directional pulling or wandering. I have used Computerized many times for both personal and customer's vehicles. I have never been disappointed and would I highly recommend their services. Todd, Brittney, Adelle, and the staff are totally committed to customer service, are excellent to deal with, and they stand behind their work.

Like most Edmontonians, I cringe when I have to take my car to an auto body shop. I know next to nothing about vehicles. I have also never left an auto body shop (or even an oil change to be honest) with less than a list the size of my arm in repairs my vehicle “needs” that I know absolutely nothing about. I needed a inspection done on my 2012 vehicle for insurance purposes, and it was recommended I go to Napa Autopro- Computerized Autopro. I can actually say I have never in my life been more pleased leaving an autobody shop. The minor fixes my vehicle needed were completely expected, priced incredibly well, and done that day. The staff were unbelievably transparent, honest, and it was truly a breath of fresh air. It frankly just felt great to not be getting ripped off and to understand for once what was getting done to my vehicle. I already have a family member and a friend who are planning to bring their vehicles to NapaAutopro-Computerized Autopro because they truly are a diamond in the rough and they have a long-term customer in myself. If you are an average-joe like myself who is just sick of walking out of autoshops feeling clueless… seriously… run, don’t walk to this place. You will know what I mean the second you walk in.

I took my car to Computerized Autopro for servicing and must say that I was very pleased with the service that I received. It being the first time I had Todd and his staff service my car I gave him the history of service since I’ve owned it. I received a call from Todd while the car was in his shop and he told me that a wheel alignment was required. Upon reading through the history he noticed that I had had the ball joints replaced as a result of a re-call and that the dealership had not performed a wheel alignment after replacing them. He suggested that rather than paying him do the work I should go back to the dealership and have them do it for nothing, which I did and they did. Again I was very happy with the service I received from Computerized Autopro and the use of a courtesy vehicle while my car was in the shop. I received a comprehensive report of the work done and everything was explained to me. I’m sure many Auto Maintenance shops would not have gone the extra mile that Todd did in looking after me. I would definitely recommend Computerized Autopro to my friends and family.

Brought my truck in when is started making a rattling noise while in motion. They were able to find the issue and fix it. Unfortunately it did take them 2 days to complete the repairs because they had to wait for parts. They provided me with a vehicle to drive in the meantime at no additional cost. The courtesy vehicle was clean and in very good shape. They only asked that I refill they fuel I used. During the repair process they kept me updated as to what was happening and any costs that had come up. They also gave me options as to what had to be fixed now and what I could leave until later. During the repair there was a mistake made on their end and they broke my steering knuckle. They replaced this piece at no cost and admitted their mistake to me the next time we talked. I feel they were open and honest with me throughout they entire repair process. The cost was more than I had hoped but that was due to the issues with my truck and not with their pricing. Overall I would recommend these guys for your repair services on your vehicle.

has had a nagging intermittent starting issue with the Volvo for the last 3 weeks and change. Took it to the repair shop beside the office simply out of convenience and the fact that we give them a lot of work. Had it in 4 different times for the same issue before the owner suggested that I get another ‘opinion’ on what might be causing it (apparently, their diagnostic test wasn’t showing the problem) after charging me a bunch of $ to not fix it. Called Marc and Amanda at Computerized Auto Pro yesterday AM on the way into work, told Marc what was going on, and he said to drop the car off right away. Left the car with him...he drove me to the office and delivered a loaner to me later in the day for me to take overnight, and had me back in my car with the issue resolved (and a 40-point inspection) by 10:00AM today...and at a reasonable rate! Truly above and beyond customer service (and customer satisfaction...). See them for all of your automotive repair and maintenance services!

I don't know much about vehicles, so I've had some not-so-great experiences at other shops and dealerships. I love bringing my car to Computerized Autopro though because I can trust that they are doing only necessary repairs and ensuring that my car is in top shape. They always take the time to explain all inspections, what and why specific repairs are needed, and the severity of possible future issues. And they'll also help prioritize which services should be done on your vehicle, so you don't feel the need to get everything done at once if it's not necessary. And they keep track of everything so I don't have to! I love that they can provide rides and loaner vehicles when you have to leave your car with them. I've dealt with large chains (eg. Kal Tire) that provide neither of those services. At Computerized, I always deal with Todd and Brittney, and they are prime examples of what customer service standards should be for all businesses.

I've visited Computerized Autopro 3 times in the past year for various issues with my car. Todd and his team are the very professional and extremely easy to deal with. They always explain honestly what the issues are and what the potential costs will be. They've taken very good care of my car and enabled me to make the best decisions about what maintenance services I'd like to do. Each time I've brought my car in for service they have offered me the use of a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. For someone who is busy this is an extremely convenient option. I was even able to continue using this vehicle while Computerized Autopro took my car over to the dealership to get some factory recall upgrades performed. Overall, in my opinion Computerized Autopro is the best shop in town for all your maintenance needs.

I got a service warning message for my jeep that turns out to be quite common and something people have disputed needing to be a recall but to date has not. However, I brought my jeep here and they quoted me over $100 less to do the work than the dealership did. They even went as far as to call Jeep’s head office to try to advocate for me to have this work covered by a very very recently expired warranty. It didn’t work but I was blown away they thought of even doing that for me! The work was done very quickly, they had a loaner car ready so I could still get to work on time and then when I wouldn’t be able to get back before they closed, they offered me the option to pay by etransfer. This was SO helpful and SO appreciated. Get my oil changed there regularly to, always above and beyond service!

I recently booked in my vehicle for repair at computerized autopro. I had a great experience. The customer service was great and the team of technicians and service advisors ensured that I understood what repairs needed to be done and why. Additionally, the issues were fixed and my vehicle runs great. The technicians discovered a power steering leak and were quick to to find the source, I wasent waiting around all day. Furthermore, the technicians went the extra mile and even shampooed the outside of my vehicle free of charge! My experience was Computerized Autopro was very educational. I had a comprehensive inspection done on my Jeep and the report I received was incredibly thorough. Not only was the report thorough but the receptionist walked me through the entire inspection item by item, by level of severity or importance. If you own or are in the market for a used vehicle I would definitely recommend having Computerized Autopro do your inspection. I just put new tires on my truck and wanted an alignment check performed as preventative maintenance. I chose Autopro based on the google reviews I have read. I’m pleased to say that the great reviews of this shop correctly reflect the business. Excellent customer service provided from reception, their ability to provide transportation, sending a text notification of service being complete and a detailed explanation of their complementary 50pt vehicle inspection including photos (which eliminates any doubt), even being dropped very near the front door to prevent having to walk on icy surfaces - nice touch! I will be returning as a future customer, thank you.

I had to have my immobilizer transponder reprogrammed and really didn't know where to do that: it had been installed in Winnipeg, and I couldn't find a dealer here in Edmonton. A shop in Calgary recommended Todd Eskow at Computerized AutoPro, and I arrived late on a freezing cold day to have the work done. Todd had to do some pretty fancy rejigging to get the reprogramming done, but didn't charge me for the extra labor. He explained the entire procedure to me very politely and thoroughly. I am very pleased with the work and with the professionalism he showed. I would definitely return for other work and recommend the shop to anyone.

Had an inspection done. They said 2 hours and it was 3. This made me late for work. They are honest and give a fair price for parts that need replacing. They also give a loaner car if needed. But they were also late giving me the loaner. I came in at 8am for the repair and loaner but had to wait 2 hours for the loaner. The front staff seem friendly and don't mind explaining how the car/parts work. But their tardiness is a HUGE turnoff if you're busy that day. They also don't wear masks nor enforce customers to wear masks while indoors. I only went back so that I wouldn't have to spend another $250 for an inspection to be redone.

This is a great hidden gem. Definitely try them! I normally went to dealerships for product and service, but tried a smaller business for a change and what a nice surprise. The Advisor, Adele, was super helpful and so knowledgeable and experienced. She pointed out some things and explained everything. The technicians are knowledgeable and thorough. I was in early and they took me right away. They were also competitive in price. She matched lowest price for new tires and had them on in a matter of a few days!! No waiting to get squeezed in to overbooked dealerships and paying ridiculous prices and waiting some more.

I am a licensed mechanic that has been out of the trade for a few years. I was trying to repair my daughters 2000 dodge durango and quickly got past the point where my limited diagnostic tools would let me move forward. Todd and his staff took the time to listen to what I had already done so to not have an overlap in trying to rectify the problem . They explained in great detail the steps that they had taken to fix the problem. They were able to fit my time line and even went as far as to road test it personally to ensure it had no other problems. Would recommend this shop to any one licensed or not.

I have used Computerized Autopro in the past and will continue to use them in the future. I just took in my Audi A3 as the engine light had come on. They were able to diagnose the problem and get the issue solved perfectly. I have had this car for a year and it is running smoother now than ever before. I also remember taking my Nissan Titan to them a while back and had them put on new rims and tires and a lift kit. When I pulled up to pick it up I was amazed on how it looked. These guys know what they are doing and know how to explain it to us that don't. Thanks again. I will be back.

Very Impressed! The service was fantastic - they dropped me off and picked me up when my car was ready. I had my cooling system flushed - had my car back in two hours! My previous experience with ANY automotive repair shop is that they keep my car for the entire day to do just about anything. Chance also provided me a quote for tires and included some comparison prices from competitors - one of which was slightly cheaper. I have no problem paying the difference for their level of service. Highly recommend for automotive repair - they are different . . in a very good way.

I visited Amanda a few weeks ago for a routine checkup on my car, not only did they provide amazing customer service. I also got a detailed health report about my car emailed to me before I even left the door with recommendations. Now I thought my car was in perfect condition specially the tires, as I just got a new set the week prior. They caught that my rear left tire had a slight bulge(thanks potholes) which was still covered under warranty. Without them catching this ahead of it losing air I might have been stranded on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck!

I brought my Acura in today for a routine service, the first thing that stood out to me is that my vehicle went in immediately, which hasn't been my experience at other places in the past. After the work was completed, they texted me a full report showing the results of their inspection. It broke down what was good, what may be a future concern, and what needed immediate attention. At no point did they try to pressure or scare me into having work done. I would highly recommend Computerized autopro, and will continue to use them going forward.

I brought my car to Autopro for an out of province inspection and complete check to see what the overall condition of the vehicle is as it is a 2008 and plan to drive it for a few more years. The team went above and beyond during this process and I walked away with full knowledge and confidence in what I will need to do with my vehicle to keep it young and the costs associated. I received detailed explanations of all the work that was done and what will need to be done. I have full confidence in Computerized Autopro and highly recommend them.

I reached out to them for some work on my van. They picked up the van at my house so that my wife who is pregnant with two kids didn't have to worry about it. They left her with a similar van so she could still have a vehicle. They gave us a detailed digital report on our van with pictures. They recommended not doing some of the repair work because of the excessive cost, and becase these items were not crucial. Then they dropped off the van and took the loaner back. Great service and easy to deal with!

CAP will take care of your car for the rest of its life. They honor warranties and are willing to spend as much time as it takes to locate stubborn troubles. They don't upsell you imaginary work, and they provide a complimentary loaner car while they're fixing it. Edit: March 2021: It has come to my attention that CAP is now under new management as of last year, so this review should be taken in perspective. My most recent inspection was less thorough than the ones that were performed in the past.

I heard about Computerized AutoPro because they are a preferred vendor for the company I used to work for. So, I decided I would visit Computerized AutoPro to get my axle replaced. Adele, the service consultant, was extremely friendly and awesome. She was very detailed and provided me with enough information to figure out what my car needed and what repairs needed to be done. Great service, fast repairs, and competitive pricing. I will definitely stay with them and recommend to everyone I know.

Really pleased with the pre-purchase inspection I received. I felt that the mechanic was thorough, honest and committed to making sure I understood the feedback on the vehicle. The report issued was also thorough and included pictures so I could see exactly what the text referred to. Would definitely recommend. The staff are excellent, helpful, knowledgable, and informative. It's hard to find a good diesel mechanic( believe me I know) and these guys are it. The price point if fair, but let's be honest, you get what you pay for and I don't mind paying a little extra for the extra mile. I would recommend the crew here before I ever recommended the 20 or so other garages I have had the joy of dealing with. Put it this way.... If it's not good enough for them, it doesn't go out the door.

I've been taking my car to Computerized AutoPro for several years. They always keep an eye on things that need to be done to keep my very old car running. Any needed repairs are always well explained. Very recently I was in a pinch trying to get some work done on my car. Computerized AutoPro went above and beyond (and well out of their way) to make my day easier and ensure that the work was done. Great customer service. Very friendly staff - they treat you like family.

I received great service on a custom alignment job on my special old car (Datsun 510). The company was busy when I phoned but Todd went out of his way to fit me in. He also researched my car's specs, recommended settings, and took a personal interest in the technician's work on it. The results were great and the cost was even a bit lower than his first estimate. I'm very happy and would go back for further work on any of my vehicles, old or new, without hesitation!

Needed to replace my brakes and decided to go here based on recent reviews and the Napa name. The staff are easy to deal with, very professional and honest. Aside from the great job they did on the brakes, they also found an unrelated fluid leak and advised me that it should be covered under my manufacturer's warranty. I really appreciated their honesty and they even contacted the dealership on my behalf to confirm. Highly recommend these guys!

I continue to use Computerized Autopro for vehicle maintenance. My most recent service involved a repair of a leak on my Ford Edge. I appreciate that the repair was completed at a much lower cost than the dealer quoted. Regular maintenance on my second older vehicle was also well done. The new owner is a licensed mechanic and ensures that the correct service is completed to the satisfaction of the customer. I highly recommend it.

Travis and the team were very professional-including all quotes and final paperwork in regards to my major service. I was always kept in the loop and they also found a potential issue that may have been a big problem later on. All other issues that would need to be addressed were also clearly quoted to me for a later date-they even picked up and dropped off my vehicle on their own time. Thanks team……I will return.

I have found his team to be honest and very helpful while providing reliable service at a good price. Best Auto place ever!!! They took the time to really help me understand what is happening and needs to happen with my vehicle not pulling the wool over my eyes cause I am a female like 100% of the dealerships and auto shops I have dealt with before. I have nothing but praise for JM and Bobbie. JM replaced my passenger side bearing and noticed that my outer tie rod end on my driver side needed to be replaced. I've been bringing my car to Computerized Autopro since 2018 and have always had exceptional service. After becoming fed up with bringing my car to a dealership for service and always getting the bare minimum, I moved my service to Computerized and have been happy ever since. They always go above and beyond to ensure you get great, professional, and honest service. I highly recommend!

Todd and his team are amazing at explaining everything going on with my vehicle, in plain english, without talking down to me. I completely understand what is urgent, what needs to be done at a later date, and what they are keeping an eye on. I never feel pressured and they even went to bat for me when I was being taken advantage of by another dealership on a warranty repair.

Computerized Autopro did a great job replacing my manifold on my 1977 Chrysler. They were up front and honest the whole time and kept me posted through the whole process and even though the process went a bit over budget they took the time to sweeten the pot and cleaned the vehicle inside and out. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone; especially those with older vehicles.

I asked them to figure out my coolant leak, said there is no leak with a PSI test, but at the same time said there is a large pool of what appears to be coolant and oil... (shake my head) I know there is no visible leak dammit. So I paid them to find out what I already know...thanks for the teaser... now I gotta pay someone else to find out where the leak is.

For the past 2 years I have been using Computerized auto for my two work trucks and my wifes SUV. I brought my truck here to have it diagnosed properly, as it had been losing power and struggling to start. The mechanic did a thorough inspection and recommended some work be done to repair the issue. I managed to do the work myself at home, but I'm very thankful for the proper diagnosis on my truck! JM is the best mechanic. He is quick, knows his stuff & never reccomends things that aren't needed. He also let's me know what to monitor on my Terrain so nothing is a shock at my next service. I highly reccomend taking your vehicle here for all your servicing needs.
