From the moment my wife and I walked into MyCar to talk to Ryan C, he made us feel welcome and comfortable. He never pressured us, listened to our needs, asked the right questions, and searched diligently to find us the right car, which as always was "the best car for the best price." He found a car that met our exact needs, was newer and in great shape, and was a fantastic price. I'm somewhat of a skeptic so I asked many questions, Ryan answered them all and fully disclosed not only his opinion but also all the facts of the vehicle. He pulled up the CarProof report, talked to the Ottawa MyCar that had purchased the vehicle, and did his diligence to ensure everything was done properly and we knew as much about the vehicle as possible before making a decision. Ryan arranged to have the car brought from Ottawa so we could test drive it and see if it was right. He offered to hold the car for us as well, as he was confident we'd be back to buy it as we wouldn't find a better deal. At this point we were still looking but this was seeming to be too good to pass up. He was right. After a day of looking, we could not find any car close to the specifications of the one Ryan had found us in the price range, and honestly hadn't experienced the genuine class of service he and the MyCar team had provided to us to that point. After deciding to purchase the car my wife and I were a little surprised at the amount it would cost to insure it as a second vehicle. Ryan listened to our concerns and worked hard with MyCar's insurance broker to get us the best possible rate. So not only did he get us a great car for a great price - he did the legwork to negotiate with an insurance broker to get us the best possible rate. That is above and beyond service and we're very thankful he worked hard on our behalf. Ali was great during the financing process. He was happy to show me his computer screens as he input financial information to ensure full disclosure, and he contacted numerous banks to get us the best possible rate. He provided us with a great deal on a warranty and made the whole financial aspect - which is often the most contentious part of a car buying deal - easy, clear, and transparent. Any question I asked, he answered or found the answer. Any suspicion I had of anything, he fully disclosed an itemized listing of charges so I fully understood what we were buying, what we owed, and we we were getting for our money. Ali also thanked us repeatedly for our business in a manner that was genuine and appreciative. You could tell he genuinely enjoyed getting us the best deal possible. I would highly recommend MyCar to anyone looking for a pleasant car buying experience with a staff that is knowledgeable, friendly, and fully transparent in their dealings. I truly got a sense that they would be happiest when we were happiest and in the right car for our budget - not happiest selling us the most expensive vehicle we may not need. Full disclosure is here is the truth - not once did I feel like there was anything I was missing, and if I did I asked and was informed immediately. A great experience, and thus far a great car. From the first moment he wanted to do the right thing by us, and he worked the entire time to do so, including his efforts to get us the best possible insurance rate. Staff in Kingston are great, both Cary and Silvio. Tony from finance (over the phone) was not okay. Purchased the extended warranty and the GAP (insurance in case your can't pay up the financed amount from the bank), about $1200 each for about $2400 total extra. It was a $10500 car which was a good deal tbh. A week after signing the contract, I returned the extended warranty and also the GAP, because I really don't need them. Tony then called me back to almost beg me to not return the GAP insurance because he said he gave me a really good 6% interest rate, and told me that if I returned them both, they would lose money on the transaction. I ended up feeling bad because the people in Kingston are great guys and gave up on returning the GAP insurance. Now I really don't wanna think about that phone call ever again, because it's just haunting. Tony played on my emotions and I didn't get back $1200, so I ended up paying $1200+6% interest (over 60mths) for something I don't need. I really wish I can turn back time and not make the wrong decisions, so beware yourselves. Also, check the brakes and tires. I got a car with winter tires on during the summer months, so I had to buy brand new all season tires too. The brakes were rusted and as I drove it, there were grooves forming on the rotors, probably rust getting between the pads and rotors. They also check for financing over 5-6 places too, so beware of you're getting a mortgage at the same time, because I was; had to explain what happened to my mortgage dealer when she saw that there was 6 new inquiries on my records suddenly. So get back to the dealership after you get your own financing deals.

Couldn't have hoped for a better car buying experience. I recently got into a car accident and I was already stressed and anxious, but the thought of finding a new car was over whelming. We decided to check out mycar and couldn't be happier. Two weeks ago I had been on the look out to trade my 2008 jeep patriot for something more reliable and fun. I had been to four other dealerships in kingston and I was looking for something specific with manual, tint, sun roof, decent tires, good km and decent year. I got very uncomfortable with a lot of the dealerships in kingston as they only were interested in making the sale more then making sure the customer was completely satisfied. After a day of test driving cars all day and coming home very discouraged I went back online and found another car I knew was right up my alley. Silvio from Mycar called me the next morning said he had received an email inquiring about this car. We met, he was super patient and professional. Silvio sent me to test drive it and I put a deposit down that day. The car was used and had some outside scraps and the Mazda symbol was spray painted red. I requested to have all of the details cleaned up for the day of pick up. The day I got to pick up my new car I was so excited my eyes were sparkling with excitement to see my shining new wheels. The service I have received and continue to receive, I am beyond happy that I chose My Car to be my first car purchase and would reccomend anyone to definatly make a stop If your out car shopping ! I really enjoyed the experience of buying a car here, the sales staff were very friendly and professional and I must have test driven quite a few cars. They were able to get me into a great car that I had always wanted, and at an affordable price. It doesn't end there! So I purchased my 2009 Subaru Impreza WRX with a warranty and 3 months after the fact the engine blew on it and I only had 86,000 kms on it. The service department was fantastic and when the only engine they could find was a motor that had over 160,000kms on it they sent the vehicle to Subaru Kingston and got the whole engine rebuilt for me and I only had to pay the 100$ deductible and i know the bill ended up being at least 7,000$. So now i have a 2009 WRX with a brand new engine and over 80,000kms left of my warranty. Haven't had a problem since, and every oil change and every time i swap my tires for summers/winters they check out my car to make sure everything is good to go, and the techs there are straight shooters, and they will let you know if everything looks fine, or if its something that needs to be taken care of. Seriously would recommend MyCar for anyone who needs a vehicle.

Ryan C is one the best salesman whom I have encountered in my many years (i.e. 50) of purchasing cars undoubtedly. The car, a 2011 Lexus, is a dream vehicle and priced at a fair price - no haggling necessary. Unlike other dealers in his position, Ryan was extremely helpful during the complete sales and after service areas. He aims to please and is customer-oriented. In my case, two new tires were installed before the deal closed and the car immaculately detailed. A back-up camera was installed at no cost from my other vehicle. Finally Ryan fine tuned the sound system to the full potential and has strived to pair Apple Music and phone communication to the car's amazing sound system. I will say it again - Ryan is committed to satisfy the customer to make everything right in the purchase and service phases. He is also a pleasure to deal with. I am really happy with my experience buying at MyCar, after some terrible experiences elsewhere. They were upfront, professional, and went out of their way for me, including driving the car from their Ottawa location with no deposit down. They did this knowing I had a terrible experience with another dealership withholding a deposit when a deal fell through. My car had a minor electrical issue within 30 days, and they fixed it with no issue (fuses). I was pretty tough with them, having been worn thin from other dealers, and they handled me so well. I would definitely buy with them again, and deal with Silvio in particular. He was amazing! I wasn’t particularly happy paying $500 to finance, but was told this was competitive relative to other dealerships. Just something to know going into a financing situation. Ali (sales manager) secured a good rate but we did have to buy an extended warranty to get it... All in all a good experience in the end.

My experience at My Car was AMAZING! I just recently purchased my first car from Ryan, and he made the experience stress free and was very accommodating. At the beginning of this month, I purchased a 2020 Hyundai Accent with 30,000 KMs on it from Nick and Ali. They were both excellent both from a business standpoint as well as a personal standpoint! I went to MyCar to look at purchasing a SUV, and drive away owning a Nissan Versa note hatchback. My husband and I were looking like kids in a candy store, Ryan came out and helped us out. I test drove a Forte, and while it was a nice car, it felt low to the ground. When I came back, Ryan had picked out the Nissan for me to test drive, it felt comfortable, and roomy inside. Had a some hiccup with the Nissan, Ryan was compassionate, and understanding. Friendly, helpful staff. They worked with me within my budget and only showed me cars that matched my interest, needs, and budget. Being a young female that doesn't know a lot about cars, I am afraid to get duped in these types of scenarios but the staff were amazing - answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything- I didn't feel pressured (I went to a few other uses car dealers and unfortunately can't say the same for them) I truly felt like a priority to them, and they are very fair with price. Fast and easy, with no pressurized sales. I'm also a high maintenance buyer. I test drove a number a vehicles, some which were not at the Kingston location, so they were moved for me. Yes, a dealership should accommodate, however, this was a few times and I ended up buying a car on the Kingston lot. I dealt with Ryan who was friendly, efficient, and patient as previously stated. Awesome sales rep who sold us a 2013 Chevrolet equinox is supper nice and very friendly (Silvio)but do not use their shop for anything due do them reccing are panals and decal peace around the gear shifter and when we called them about it after we already talked to them At the time of picking up are vehicle..!! They told us it is not their problem after the vehicle leaves the parking lot!! .. So I am only recommending the finance part of it due to unreliable automotive and services are not what good customer service is!!

Bought a Mazda3 from them. I specifically asked if the vehicle had been in an accident. They said that this car was NOT in an accident. Today, I took the car to a body shop and the owner told me that the car had been in an accident and had body repair work done. I was told it was a poor repair job. So today, I find out that it was in an accident and that is why the paint on the back panel above the wheel well is raising. This is now coasting me $$$ to repair. The sales people here are not honest. Go elsewhere!

We just got our first car from Silvio a few days ago. We really liked how quick and easy the whole process was. My wife's work schedule meant that it was tricky to get there before they closed, but the staff stayed well past the usual closing time to make sure that we got taken care of. Silvio also gave us a ride back home every time that we came by, since of course we didn't have a car yet. We really appreciated how he went above and beyond the call of duty for us.

Shopping here was a great experience. Usually car shopping is completely miserable; checking for lemons, making sure the cars are in good condition, dealing with questionable sales tactics. There was none of this at MyCar. The service we received from Erik was exceptional, he was extremely friendly and professional and helped us to find a car without any pushy sales tactics. I would definitely shop here again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to my friends.

Absolutely amazing people to deal with and purchase a vehicle from. Purchased an older vehicle from them that not alot of banks would finace, they searched high and low to get me the best possible one. Also gave me their own personal warranty which is unbeatable. Not recommended. Some of their cars are terrible. Be careful when you do road test. For your respond: I didn't mean I feel the car is terrible when I test driving. The car I bought from you are terrible. It has tons of problems after I drive for a few months. It takes me a lot of money to fix/repair the car. I highly suggest people to be careful when test driving the cars. Those cars might have a lot of potential problems. They just fix it temporally.

I had a car in mind that I saw online when I headed there. The car wasn't at that location but I was offered to have it down by the next day to look at it. I was also shown similar cars, and ended up buying a better model for cheaper then the one I saw. I had issues with getting insurance and they helped me and were super understanding. Great people! I just recently picked up a 2018 Toyota Highlander from MyCar. This is my third vehicle I have bought from MyCar. First being a 09 Suburban. Then 2013 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. I absolutely love both of my Highlanders. I definitely recommend MyCar. Their sales and service people are honest hard working people. Plus they find you the best deal out there. They not only 'Safetied' the car, but also touched up paint, performed a wheel alignment and replaced brake pads to make sure everything was pristine. We are very happy with our experience. Everything seemed fine , purchased a Hyundai Santa fe, took it to Hyundai for a recall and they told me the car was previously in a collision (Which my car did NOT advise me of) dont trust these crooks. I'll be making a trip up to Kingston very soon to discuss this. I'm absolutely disgusted.
