Can't believe I haven't written this already (sorry guys!). So, a year ago bought my son a bike... and I just checked and it is closer to 17 months :O Anyway, at the time I was going to write a review because the guys were great (was referred from Ray's bikes in Preston, also really good). We got a bike that fitted him really well, they were very helpful and friendly, it was mid covid bike drought and they actually had stock, so lots of good things. Fast forward to last week and he's been complaining about a squeak and I remembered that it had an initial service included so booked it in. I think it was meant to be within the first year but nobody even mentioned that it was outside the period. Picking it up, they listed all the stuff that they'd done to it before finally fixing the squeak, they'd put loctite on the bolt that caused it and he's happy. Haven't been back on the trails yet a la torrential rain in Melbourne, but great service. Thanks, will be back!

[edit] 17/11/23 I needed a geared bike for a long ride I'm going on and of course went back to the store. After explaining to Jordie what I like he directed me to the Malvern Star Oppy SF2. Unfortunately they didn't have my size in stock to test out, but I trust these guys and ordered one anyway. I collected it a few days later and it is perfect! Exactly what I like aesthetically, it's fast and so darn comfortable. Thanks again guys! Outstanding service! Paddy was very helpful and considering I purchased my bike on a Sunday with the store quite busy the guys still managed to put all the add-ons onto my bike in just over an hour. Very impressed.

Got my latest bike from the gang at MyRide...Jack went above + beyond, amazing service, could not be happier! Served by a lovely young guy named Paddy - he was very knowledgeable and keen to help. Gave me lots of info but didn’t put any pressure on to make the sale. I ended up with an awesome bike and couldn’t be happier. Would recommend this store to anyone looking for a bike, all staff seemed very friendly and helpful.
