Having recently moved into the area, I was looking for a waxer to do my eyebrows and arms rather than travel to Essendon to my usual waxer. A quick Google search showed this waxer was nearby and had very favorable reviews. I went down to make an appointment and after explaining that the waxing was for me I was told, and I quote "we don't serve men" -- I could understand being uncomfortable waxing men in more intimate areas but arms and eyebrows I'm turned away, despite the fact that there are several reviews left on this page from men! -- I guess I just wasn't pretty enough to be served by this beauty shop. EDIT: In Newbury Bvd just a little further up the road from the primary school. I had come in about two weeks ago, I came in through the front glass door and there was a client sitting in a chair to the right of the entrance facing a mirror. I had my cycling gear on as I had just dropped off some files to a client who also lives in the area and I saw your shop on the way back and thought "Oh, that's the place I wanted to inquire about getting waxed from" and stopped in. If there is another waxing salon in Newbury Bvd, then perhaps I have the wrong place but from the header image, the store front is identical to the place I remember entering.

Today I booked my very first EVER Brazilian wax (in my entire life) with the lovely Navi through her website and was kindly assisted through email, with a time and day available straight away. Her response was so quick and professional I knew I could already trust her. As a very nervous, shy first timer I really didn’t know what to expect. Navi made me feel so comfortable already through email and over the phone ensuring that I could trust her and that I would be fine. I finally met her in person and she is the most lovely person ever. I was made to feel relaxed, unashamed and normal through out the whole process and that was one of my main insecurities. My pain tolerance is very low, so making conversations and talking through the whole service made it a lot easier for me. This was the best experience I’ve had coming from someone who has just started putting in effort into self care and I feel like a new girl lol I highly recommend Navi and her services especially those like me who are nervous or first timers at experiencing things like body waxing or any service in general. I will no doubt be returning for all my waxing needs and possibly eye lash lifts in the future hehe You guys have a life time customer now thank you!

After 7 years of getting eyelash extentions done I found Navi and started getting my natural eyelashes lifted. She does an amazing job. I also get my eyebrows threaded and tinted. For the first time I had my makeup and hair done by Navi for a wedding she did exactly what I asked for and she will now also be my makeup and hair stylist go to lady. Navi has always been professional, on time, happy and welcoming and I always look forward to seeing what bright colour lipstick she is wearing next. I would highly recommend Navi. I really like going to her for threading as she caters for my sensitive skin issues... she gets the best products and offers the best service. I like the way Suman and Jaspreet have taken over and continued to offer the best service. I am very happy with my usual eyebrow threading. I got lash lift done from Suman. She was very professional and offered very good lash lift. She is very patient and explained the whole process at every step. I am very happy with my eyelashes lifted. First time getting hybrid tint in Australia , Navi answered every question and I mean I had a lot of questions . Was nervous at first with my eyebrows and hesitant and plus I had work straight after so didn’t want my eyebrows to look to intense and everyone at work said they look good even customers were pointing out that they are nicely shaped . Eyebrow transformations that last's around two years & takes just two hours, Navi such a beautiful and very professional girl, explained every step very clearly. Finally nice to have a beautician that actually LISTENS to your request. Asked for just eyebrow cleanup and she did just that. It is rare to find a beauty therapist who cleans your lashes before applying extensions, Navi practices good hygiene & was careful with applying lash extensions to my fragile lashes.
