Worst gym ever! The negative reviews for this gym are true. The trainer will hold a grudge if you don't buy stuff from him. The trainers doesn't train and don't care if you exercise wrong. They are either busy chit chatting or on their phones if the owner is not around.

I like the location of this gym , it’s very close to my home , but it’s impossible to workout there , A/C is always broken, many times I was complaining, coz it’s not accessible temperature at the gym , and small is very bad .

Its nice, they are friendly and professional, but its limited on space, number pf couches and the hours could limit your visits if you job is on rotational shift schedule.
