Never again I have just left your shop in Talbot Street with a very sour taste in my mouth. On Wednesday evening my husband made a phone call to the shop enquiring about raised toilet seats to which he was told there were close to 100 in the shop measuring 2, 4 and 6 inches. He informed the gentleman that it would be 6 inch one we were after. The man then said without or without a lid and that there would be a huge cost difference between a 6 inch seat with a lid compared to without a lid. he recommended without a lid because of this . So the conversation ended with my husband saying that we would come into the city on Thursday to collect a 6inch seat without a lid. On Thursday myself and my sister arrived int the shop to discover despite being told that they were available there in fact was none in stock. I had 2 very helpful staff (or so we thought they were) speak to us and show us the different seats. In the end we settled for ordering a 6 inch no lid seat after we were guaranteed it would be available today (Friday) after 1130am. So for the 2nd day in succession going into the shop at 1210 today I was horrified and completely disgusted to discover not only was the seat that I was guaranteed would be there not in but the young sales assistant or the older man had not even made the order on Thursday after all. I am actually disgusted at the attitude of who dealt with me today. I said to the man how inconvenient it was. His answer was I could go out to Tallaght to collect it. While he was onto the warehouse he asked about delivering it but Artane was obviously to far for them. Anyway as I had been let down twice before I wouldnt have been happy with that option. I told the man I should have been offered the 6inch with lid for the same price as the 6inch with no lid. He said no way as there was a huge discrepancy in the price. Is the customers opinion of your service not more important than 60 euro?? Obviously not!!!! In the end I had to settle for the 4 inch seat which I know will not be as good as my father is 6ft4 and the 6 inch one would have been so much better. No apology, no one said sorry, like as if they had done nothing wrong. I for one would have been offering the 4 inch at a discount for what had happened. What is so annoying about this is that your shop caters for people with specific needs, their needs dont go away just because of badly organised people. I will never enter the shop again and already have begun to tell people about the appalling way my situation was handled.

Went in there today with my dad. Dreadful place. Staff not at all friendly, not a bit interested in us, my dad left his walking stick there while he went upstairs, some bright spark there obviously moved it but when we asked did they know where it was, blank unhelpful expressions. We ended up leaving and re-tracing our steps, my dad is 87 so walking is hard without his stick, anyway, after half hour walking around i decided to run back because he was convinced he left it there in murrays, i went back and the guy informed me "oh yeah, it showed up when you left"...but yet he or any of the 5 or 6 other staff couldnt be bothered taking a two minute time out to ring the number on the stick to let us know. I said this and he said "we had customers". When i walked in the place was empty, they were all standing around laughing. Will never go back!

I got excellent service here. I got a nebulizer from them, I was not happy with the quality after using it, I returned it and forgot one of the tubes at home, and they still were willing to take it back and refund me, and even recommended another business where I may find what I’m looking for (a brand they’re not holding). This is great service and I will be back because of it

Strangely rude, borderline aggressive attitude by a young female member of staff who clearly should not be working in a customer-facing role. Random displays of merchandise add to general air of disorganisation and apathy. I will not be back, and I would hate to have to rely on this service as a person in need of medical equipment. Avoid.

The local community are lucky to have a good team in this Pharmacy. I had a large fly in my eye, very irritating, tried 2 other pharmacies and nobody would look at, tried 2 doctor surgeries and they were closed, the pharmacist here took a look and washed it out for me, it worked it’s way out 30mins later thanks that her. I went into Murrays Medical last Saturday as my knee was very painful & found it really hard to walk, I was looking for a knee brace, the staff member was very friendly & extremely helpful, she asked me would I like help & she took me into a private room & helped me put the knee brace on, I would highly recommend Murrays Medical

I have recently placed an order with Murray and have been pleasantly surprised with their efficiency. I had a query with my order which was resolved so quickly that I will definitely be dealing with them in the future. I have absolutely no problem supporting this five star company.

Why are you closed? I arrived at 5.27 and the door and shutters down. I was just picking up W collection. Don’t advertise you close at 5.30pm and have the shutters down before that time. Bad organisation and service. All I wanted was to pick up a collection.

Terrible! I have phoned 10 times over 2 weeks and left messages but no-one has bothered to call me back! It’s in relation to something I’ve already ordered! Seemingly they don’t care about my business!

Very nice staff. As I don't live in Dublin I rang to inquire about an item. The lady I spoke to knew exactly what I was looking for and put it on hold for me as I was in Dublin the following day.

Staff great. Fixed my electric scooter. Gentleman who fixed adhered to covid guidelines. Came to my apartment to fix scooter asto not put me out. Very nice touch and aftercare service.
