Can’t even educate their staff members rightly as a worker gives out false information. Walked all the way to pick up covid tests for my mum that has covid and COPD in her lungs, after I was given the heads up to come and get them when I called, she took down my name over the phone as she said they’re free as my mum is high risk - to then get there to watch them all clueless looking around like “who spoke” “who answered the phone” - while the person I spoke to hid in the back, a bloke said “we stopped doing that two years ago” so why is your colleague giving out false information over the phone? It wasn’t a misunderstanding because i explained it twice to which she said “ohhh okay yeah they’re free then, you can come pick them up, we close at 6” if you can’t give out the right information resit your training or find a new job, absolute joke.

I cannot understand all these negative reviews, the staff are just as helpful as any other post office, pharmacy or local shop. The gentleman is reserved but lovely and perhaps this is taken as aloof, I have ALWAYS found him helpful. Well stocked with postal items and pharmacy items. Always very busy. Only improvement would be during Covid to keep the same lunch closing each day and post the adjusted hours on Google as its a bit annoying arriving and it being closed at different times each day. By the looks of things people below do not understand the British postal system! Like...Who send s a phone without it being tracked. Post gets lost, post gets stolen, the least likely people to steal it are the servers in a post office.

My new favourite PO. After driving around London for a couple of hours looking for somewhere to get a replacement EDF key and trying most places I knew in Hoxton and Islington, I tried this shop. The gentleman who served me at the post office was friendly, smiley and very helpful telling me everything I had to do to go home put the key in the meter and return to the shop. I could have sorted out my mission in half an hour if I knew about the shop earlier. I saw all the staff members pleasantly engaging with customers entering the shop. I will definitely be using them again as they have a full selection of postal services and also a pharmacy onsite. Forget the rest use the best

I don't usually leave reviews but for this post office I will make an exception! Neither of the post office attendants behind the counter are very friendly or very professional for that matter. This is my experience after approximately 10 visits over the last 2 months. Today after paying for the postage on 2 parcels the man behind the counter refused to take the second larger one through the security hatch insisting that I leave it on the counter were anyone could grab it, assuring me that if anyone did he would compensate me. He then went on to serve somebody else and told me to wait until he had finished with him. Really very bad service and extremely rude to boot.

RUDE AND DISCRIMINATING this branch discriminating on amount depositing. i was denied to deposit 53p on my halifax card today. i am outraged this caused a discrimination because of amount i wanted to deposit. very rude said they have renewed contract which stipulates they cant take change less than five pounds and that they cannot take coins to make a deposit. post office assistant demanded minimum five pounds to deposit. i called post office head office and they confirmed this is wrong and i raised complaint, please complain if you have issues with rude staff and discriminating staff.

We had a bad experience in this branch. Last 24th of April my bf (citizen in UK) sent a parcel going to Montenegro , he lost the receipt for the tracking number so he gets back there again to asked for a copy of it so we can track the parcel. But they didn't give us any neither to help about our parcel anymore. And unfortunately, until now there's no update of where our parcel goes. I hereby attached the photos of our parcel that's still missing.Hope you can help us with this matter to improve your service coz it's been over a month already. Was very busy yesterday with a queue outside (it is a small space for the post office) and I had missed the cut off time for post that day, had a parcel to send for grandparents birthday next day and the lady was so helpful they quickly did a next day special delivery and it arrived at 8.30am today. I also posted shopping returns and have on numerous occasions here, all with no problems. The staff in the adjacent Chemist are friendly, helpful and professional too. This place has been very helpful to me during the past few months.

I agree they attendants are very rude and unprofessional. I do not understand why they have been employed terrible customer service and only seem to be nice to those that suit them. The lady and the man that work there are extremely rude and not helpful in any way. I'm just wondering if I can take my complaint further as this terrible service has gone on since last year and is by no means acceptable they seem to think they can get away with it but I will definitely take my complaint further.

Only ever one counter open for all the services offered (postage, mobile data, parcel pickup / drop off) as well as any personal care or food products in the store. This results in queues often being outside the door even at non-peak times. Don’t try and fit this in during a work break as it can take over 30minutes. Additionally the posted last package time is incorrect and they close it 5 minutes early. Staff are polite but service is lacking.

I've been mailing from this post office for a year now and every time I go, the staff members are super helpful and knowledgable. I've encountered all the staff at the desk and each of them have been kind and patient with my questions. Today I went to post something and once again they were very helpful even though it was busy. Don't understand the negative reviews.

I made the mistake of posting a five year old mobile phone from here and no surprise it never arrived. The guy behind the counter asking of it was a phone should have been the tip off, are there no honest people in the world anymore? My suggestion, find a busy P.O. in a bigger central location in the hope staff aren’t bored enough to pinch people’s stuff.

I come here quite often and I find it that the staff members are quite helpful and friendly. It tends to get really busy in the evening thus I see why so,e would consider them rude or mean, the guys are just doing their job, they don’t really have the time to chat to every single person who comes and tops up their gas card with 5 quid, come on.

Basically, I went to the Post office for sending a parcel to Australia, it was very long queue but I got my number very quickly and I posted my parcel within few minutes it was nice experience there and the staffs are so friendly and nice in post office and pharmacy as well. Thanks guys

It's always very busy, but the queue goes down pretty quickly. It's quite a small post office, so the staff definitely work very hard. 1 star down because the reviews that they aren't that friendly are true. Never had any issues though, so wanted to provide a review.

Always has one worker at the post office desk and even if they have a que outside waiting, they are slacking. I try to come in on my breaks from work which is half hour and I still can't get anything done. On top I get late to work. Honestly useless post office.

The staff are very helpful, kind and professional. They’re a great team who are very knowledgeable and are always happy to help with enquiries. I highly recommend this post office if you’re in the local area.

The male post office worker, is very unprofessional, he may dress smart, but he seem to have a attitude problem and he doesn't like working there, maybe he should find another job...

I agree with other customers that the male staff is really unprofessional and rude! He also 'told me' to leave my parcel on the counter which was messy and anyone could access.

Went 3 times in 1 week to certify some documents and every time I was denied access to do so wont be using their services again..
