I'm amending this review with reason. When I landed in india, I found my bag broken and not knowing the procedure of getting compensation, I sent an email to this agent with all details and this agent never responded. I took follow-up twice but no response. After one month visit, I got back Canada and called this agent and they are now saying its customer responsibility and we have to do it. I was expecting same response as a reply to my email so I would have acted accordingly. One more thing, I had to happen connect other travel agent and they said they are taking all the responsibility to get compensation to their customers but Multiculture Travel can't do this (Confirm by agents). I wouldn't post this review if Multitravel Agent responded to my first email.

Unreliable!!! Unprofessional!……………… We recently booked a ticket with this agency and it got cancelled because of wild fire and evacuation. So when we called them they said they are not going to refund the tickets even though the airlines was ready to do the refund. Just because tickets were booked through a travel agent airlines were not able to access the ticket. When we requested a refund the lady who spoke to us from this travel agency was so rude and told us to go to the court and get the refund.. Interesting fact is this travel agency still works in a nation like Canada and cheating people who really works hard to meet their day to day living.. so beware these scammers….

Please don't trust this travel agency,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, We also informed you many times that we called Wesjet airlines directly and they told us the flights were canceled because of wild fire in NWT so they are ready to refund the tickets. The only issue they mentioned in that was the tickets were booked through a travel agency so the travel agency should call them and they are ready to refund.
