Absolutely amazing staff! So friendly and helpful! Came here because I was having some pains and the lady with red hair and the pharmacist with salt and pepper hair were so sweet and helpful. They explained to me what medicine I was suppose to take and how to use it more than my own doctor. When it came to prices, some stuff were a little bit cheaper while others were kind of just the same prices but I really didn’t mind. Really recommend this place, made me feel so comfortable!

As a diabetic, what I need can be quite varied, rather complicated and highly specialised, but the lovely staff at Mt Eliza Drugstore deal really well with this. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, but if my need is specifically diabetic related, I usually try to find Julia as she is very knowledgeable and up to date when it comes to diabetic issues and supplies. Highly recommend this chemist.

Ive been coming here for years since I was a kid after GP appointments. The staff are incredible and so helpful. The woman with long blonde hair is particularly resourceful and very personable. And another very funny staff member who served me today. I look forward to coming back with my service dog border collie and stocking up on my medications as always. I wish I could give 10 stars! Julia is my favourite she always goes the extra mile and her knowledge on vitamins, health and medicines impressed me so much. I've been going there for years and will continue to do so! Awesome service! I am a T1 Diabetic, so it was a god send meeting Julia here, who has helped me with my NDSS resupply and keeps me up to date with the latest in diabetic tech.

They don't call out your name when your script is ready. Keep you waiting for half an hour needlessly when the script was just sitting on the shelf ready.
